“This is a modified review at 4 stars. I do believe this is a 5 star company.We ran into a few issues which were due to a major lack of communication and initial statements that were made thru our process of having a ring repaired and a valuable family watch.At the end of the day, Bruce called me and wholeheartedly apologized and they performed all the services at no cost. He was extremely disappointed and made no excuses for them dropping the ball.I will say this much as a small business owner with 4.9 stars on Google. Stuff happens and you cannot allows control your employees and sometimes things get overlooked. Most importantly, you admit it and stand behind your company morals.I happened to be one of those rare occasions. Yet, they went beyond what I would have asked for the frustration.In summary, a great business that stands behind everything they do. No excuses and extremely customer focused. We honestly need more businesses following these ehtics.I would love to give them 5 stars. But one star short because I had to reach out to them.”

“I have experienced top notch service and communication from M Robinson, whether related to the Manager stepping in to resolve an issue with a special order item that did not come out quite right, to a repair of an item purchased at the store at no cost to me. Highly recommend, great customer service!”

Usually I get overwhelmed by loud music , too strong smells, and over stock of products. But this was just perfect. “INSTAGRAM WORTHY BOUTIQUE- Anvil and Aura offers top level unique handmade jewelry with a west Texas modern boho vibe and the space is pure magic. Good photos in every corner! A bonus of shopping here is that you get the opportunity to connect with the owners of this woman run business while they work and that is so cool! They have created so many custom pieces for me on site and I have never been to another jewelry store that provides a service like that. They even let you choose your own stones. This is hands down my favorite jewelry store and most of my bling comes from them! My husband always knows exactly what to get me for holidays and if he isn't sure...they keep a running list for him. : ) This place is worth the drive even if you are coming in from out of town, you don't want to miss it.”

“Fish and chips are fantastic, but I inly ate 1 piece of the fish because what I thought was tartar sauce was actually a VERY spicy Cajun remoulade and no regular tartar sauce was available. Not everyone can eat such spicy food and I was very disappointed. At least patrons should be made aware of this out-of-the-ordinary condiment. Sometimes restaurants go too far to be extraordinary, when all they need to do is serve great quality food with courtesy and care. The hostess was incredible! She saved us the perfect booth for my mobility-challenged husband and made sure he was comfortable. She deserves a special shout-out! Thank you!”

“I've been "adorning" myself with treats for me for YEARS here and buying my unique gorges for my East TX family and all my friends here forever and I just love love the selection and the friendly staff there - it's a part of the fiber of our hood: that Lakeway vibe! I encourage everyone to go shop there and keep that money in our area!”
