This review is for the James Avery in Bee Cave, at the Galleria. Alyssa is the absolute best! She was so understanding and fixed the mistakes of the James Avery in Marble Falls! I want to say thank you so much, as my bracelet is priceless to me. I will be using this location for all my future needs from James Avery! My James Avery experience was remarkable! The wonderful lady, Eugenia, helped us with our purchase throughout our shopping time. We purchased charm bracelets with matching charms and she continued to provide us with the best ideas in stock, or other options. She was also very caring and informative, making our experience easy and quick! Very organized and neat store, and best jewelry.

Website looks good, but ordering difficult; could not seem to check out. Called customer service and Lupe took my order from the beginning because she "couldn't access" my online shopping cart even though I provided the number. Order placed, and then arrived un-engraved and JA refused to fix it. Never got a receipt, but they insisted on several emails and calls that I had not paid for engraving. Here, the customer is NEVER right. Have been buying their jewelry for nearly 50 years, spending thousands of dollars, and no more. Because of the pandemic, I tried online--service in stores is always a long wait, often don't have piece in stock, and sales associates are not that pleasant and certainly slow moving. Online is worse, because there was no specified error, just wouldn't place. Lupe was pleasant and patient, but either she or someone got the order wrong. Jewelry is nicely designed, and love to support Texas business, but service is zero, and long time customers are not treated as such. Lots of lovely sterling silver jewelry available elsewhere, which is where I will go.

This James Avery continuously provides the easiest and enjoyable experience picking out everything from their beautiful jewelry to amazingly crafted key chains! The associates are both attentive and respectful of browsing time. Most recently, I was so comfortable with their adherence to CDC safety guidelines for COVID. Haile answered my questions and gave me options to try on a necklace, ultimately finding me the perfect one! This is by far my favorite James Avery lication.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BOUGH A NECK FOR MOTHERS DAY AS SOON AS I OPENED IT TO LOOK AT THE MATERIAL OF THE NECKLACE VERY CHEAP MATERIAL AND NECKLACE WAS ALREADY BROKEN. THEY DID NOT WANT TO RETURN SPEND LIKE $80.00 DO NOT BUY HER FOR MOTHER'S DAYS YOU WILL JUST WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!
