The worst service of ANY bank I have ever been to. Carve out at least 20 mins if you need to cash a check or make a deposit.

This particular location is so superior to the other IBC banks in Austin. They are always ready and on top of the service.

Tellers do not get training on how to make certain transactions like making payments towards loans. Every time I walk into this or other local branches it takes at least 30min to make a deposit because tellers have to call their corporate office for instructions.
