Been here many times and generally the staff is nice. Today not so much. I had to return pillows that I purchased 3 days ago that didn’t work for the area I intended. I had 2 of the 3 pillows in a bag I happened to have at home and another out of a bag. When I purchased the pillows none were placed in a bags.RUBY proceeded to ask me if there was hair on the pillows when I purchased them and then rudely started picking at them she then said you will need to take the bag because we don’t reuse them, granted there was a trash can 2’ from her. She was extremely rude with a bad attitude. Will go out of my way to avoid the store.

LOVE shopping here for many great items & prices, plus the customer service is always exceptional!

This place is terribly staffed. They have 15-20 people in line and it’s social hour at the registers. The old women would rather gossip at the register than do their jobs and check people out. We’ve been standing in line for 25 minutes, it’s ridiculous. Stop hiring gossipy people.

I had the worst experience today at this store. I work with a special needs adult & shop with him weekly. He had an accident at checkout & the cashier handed me paper towels after waiting 10min.( He wouldn’t have had an Accident if we didn’t have to wait so long for a price check.) Then handed me more paper towels with a cleaner. The cashier took a long time to check us out with no apologies. I expect better treatment from a local store.

Their items are ok. It can be fun to look around, but thier return policy is horrible! I had a receipt for a return but because the bar code wasn't on the end of the receipt they refused the return. How horrible if they had to actually input information or crazy let you use your credit card to let you find the item being returned. What has happened to customer service?
