THEY ALWAYS HAVE 2 O 3 REGISTERS OPEN AND THEY NEVER NEVER HAVE SOMEONE TO BAG YOUR GROCERIES ,, BUT I CAN SEE A BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING AT THE REGISTERS PRETENDING TO DO SOMETHING HEB IS SOOOOOOO POOOOOOR THAT THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES ,,, THE PRODUCE IS ALWAYS ABOUT TO GET SPOIL WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAVE NO COMING BACK HEB IS NO LONGER everything is better here

I was yelled at in HEB yesterday by a worker who was straightening bags of cheese. He ignored me even though he knew I was waiting to get a package. When I finally asked him to move he yelled at me. I then went to the seafood market. There was a worker there but he turned his back on me to stack some boxes. I waited almost 5 minutes but he would not turn around and when I finally asked him if he could help me he turned and gave me a dirty look. The check out people were also sour. This store has a management problem to allow customers to be treated this way. The store on Brodie and the one on 290 have friendly helpful employees. I will not go back to this store

I use the HEB app to order groceries. The deli and meat dept seem to have the mentality of "cut thick, cut less" even if you specify a slicer seting of 5-7(1/16") they cut the cheese over a 1/4" thick I got 4 slices of cheese in a pound! And when I order sliced pork belly at 1/4" thick it's usually over an inch thick. Very disappointing.
Updated from 2 star to 1 star have had multiple deliveries turn out ok. Today I decided to treat myself to a steak. Listed as "thick cut 1.58lb grass fed ribeye" , arrived .81lb ribeye. Thats not even worth firing up the grill for. And they placed the in front and against the screen door, so I couldn't get out of the house. Had to shove the door amd groceries together to get out. There is literally a note on the account that says do not leave in front of door.
