Staff was rude. Service was poor. And what is up with the mask? Imagine still thinking that silly paper mask prevents COVID. LOL.

Someone tell your employers at this Francesca that 10 am is 10 am. They open the store everyday easily half an hour later. Guess they still need to wake up. Also, haven't met so many rude people other then this store.

5 people in the store including the 1 employee working and I just got asked to leave the store because I didn’t have a mask. The White House staff (more than 5 people) are all working together maskless according to the new CDC recommendations and yet Francesca’s chooses to still make it their policy to arbitrarily enforce rules that are not based on current science or even logic. Their employee could not explain the reason for the continuation for the policy. This is arbitrary-literally without reason. And you don’t even provide the pointless mask for people that don’t have one. Time to catch up and stop discrimination

I always find what I want in here...and more!
We host events for our business around the US almost every week, so I need to switch up my jewelry and clothing quite often.
Francesca's always has a modern, quality selection good prices.
Love that there's always a sale when I get there.
Staff are consistently friendly, and greet me when I walk in the door.
I'm grateful to have them so close by.

I seeking items for my beach vacations stopped by Francesca's and saw alot more cool stuff to view. I truly was greeted by a super friendly sales lady and showed me colorful garments flowy and just plain gorgeous but not exactly what I was seeking need a kimono type but too sheer for dining after beach partying. But other than that the purses are very beautiful and well made I feel it pretty quailty items I seen. A wonderful small boutique with numerous bath and fragrance stuff to buy. The front of the store has a real pretty well done window alluring and inviting. Slip on shoes kinda for beach items to buy and delighted to return and buy the purses so cute so be ready to buy because it is sn exceptional cool store cant leave this very nice organized store without getting something. Happy shopping cant go wrong here.

so I just came in today and the girl who greeted me talked to me for at least 5 straight minutes. a "hi how are you, can I help you find anything" would have sufficed. talking to me and my mom for FOREVER when its obvious that we are just trying to look around quickly is annoying. you don't need to know about my Christmas plans, if I'm done Christmas shopping, or what both of our names are. I get that she's trying to be nice, but she does this everytime I go in and I'm not gonna go back after today. too annoying.

so my favorite way to shop is to have the sales person give me options and i choose from them (something i had become accustomed to living in LA). i have always liked Fancesca's. They have cute clothes and accessories and other odds and ends that make great presents. on this particular day, i was out looking for a birthday present. the woman who helped me (i hate that i can't remember her name) gave me so many options and i picked out the perfect gifts. i ended up returning one of the items and the same woman was there AND she even remembered me. their customer service was excellent the only reason i gave them 4 stars is that they have a narrow selection of sizes

i love this store!! they have the cutest clothes, adorable signs and home accessories, and the trendiest jewelry, shoes, and more! awesome pit stop for some much needed closet improvements!!
