Do not trust this pharmacy. The pharmacist won't do what she is required by law to do, the techs switch medications and commit fraud. Because they used my ID for the wrong medication I can not get the correct one from another pharmacy.

Literally no one working here. An old lady at self checkout next to me needed an ID check on the machine and no one came. We walked around the whole store looking for someone who worked there to help her and legitimately could not find anyone. Crazy.

I felt as though the pharmacist was very rude today. I feel as though he took out his frustration on me when I asked him a question. I was the only person in line waiting on service When almost 3 to 4 mins pass, I asked if I should come back. Pharmacist looked up with disgust and said "I said we'll be with you", with a little anger in his tone. I told him I didn’t hear when you said that. He just looked at me and continued with what he was working on. The other pharmacist assisted me right after this incident. The pharmacist tone was uncalled for and I don't appreciate being disrespected where I spend my money.

Doesn’t stay open until the time promised. I showed up a few min before 7 when they say the pharmacy is open until 7. And then they don’t come to the window and the door is locked. I waited outside and honked my horn and they still don’t come. Apparently they don’t care when a customer has a surgery and needs the medication for that day because they feel like taking off early. Terrible service. Our community deserves better.

This has to be one of the WORST CVS stores in Central Texas. They will do whatever they can to NOT DO THEIR JOB!!! Or blame technology for them NOT DOING THEIR JOB! That is one thing bad about technology now days. It makes people LAZY!!! No one wants to pick up the phone and make a phone call anymore. So We are taking our business else where. See You Later CVS.

Terrible service! Very rude employees! Don't answer their phone. Of course I came in and they had a had 10 minutes left of lunch. What a pain in the rear dealing with thus pharmacy. I would go else where but my medication iscspecialy order and send to this store.

Unfortunately when trying to get my last prescription refilled for antibiotics, the store is not able to run the prescription through my insurance and it was very costly. I was disappointed. I spent a great deal of time trying to get the prescription authorized coming to no avail. The prescription was actually much cheaper down the street at walgreens. Hopefully coming next time, I won't have this issue and I will be able to revise my review.

I have called for 2 days. No answer. Was on hold for over an hour each call. Decided to drive there from Austin only to find out they close for lunch. Did not see that on the website. No message on the voice msg to say they were out for lunch. Very frustrating. Was told by another CVS that this was the only CVS that had my medication on hand. Otherwise I would have skipped this one.

I wish I could give a zero-star rating. This pharmacy provides the most unsatisfactory customer service. Despite a phone confirmation of the medication being ready within an hour, upon arrival, I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes. During this time, a staff member named "TIMOTHY" approached me, and when I mentioned the delay, he responded with verbal abuse, including comments like "it is a minimum of 15 minutes" and questioning why I was "starring" them. Shockingly, I sought to speak with the manager, "MIKE," but he was not available that day. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment not solely due to the delay but primarily because of the abusive behavior exhibited by "TIMOTHY."

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They send you a text and says its ready, you arrive and its NOT. They never answer the phone hold times can be well above an hour and most of the time they never answer. The people are rude and not helpful. Be Aware they are as bad as it gets at running a business. They say they are understaffed, better get some staff or won't have any customers left. I am currently switching to another non DCVS pharmacy as Im writing this. This has been going on since I can remember and even my doctor agrees... just switch and you be better off. If I could give a ZERO star I would.

There’s like 5 people here at 8:30 AM and the store is closed. We found an employee at the back and she said she is in loading so she closed the entrance. The store is supposed to be open at 7 AM

Just like many of the other reviews for this location, things have really gone down hill. The pharmacy closes earlier than other CVS locations in the area and it is kind of an unknown as to what the hours are for the day. Sometimes the drive up window randomly closes - not good if you are dealing with Covid patients picking up prescriptions and getting tested - now they come into the pharmacy? But what particularly annoyed me was this is my typical pharmacy and I went for my flu shot and vaccine. I mistakenly made it for the CVS on Bee Cave near the Mopac which is a good distance away. I asked if I could just reschedule for this location once I got there and found out the mistake. I was brushed off and told it would double bill the insurance if I rescheduled? That makes no sense because without the shot being administered the insurance shouldn't be billed. I have had prescriptions transferred before - same difference. I also asked the other day if they could contact the doc for a refill, something they usually do automatically. They acted like this was an issue. I just feel like this pharmacy doesn't want to be bothered. They are apparently way understaffed, but one wonders why this location is so much worse than others? Every time we go in there is a new person working in pharmacy and as some have pointed out, less than congenial. Too bad since we like the location and used to get good service here. This is a great location for a pharmacy - CVS needs to get this one up to its regular standards.

Lydia(manager) is awesome☺️☺️ Great management!! She makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of. She doesn't ignore anyone or anything. Her store is in great shape and in good hands. ??, I also wanna give a shout out to the staff, keep rocking. ??
