I love this pharmacy inside Target in Bee Cave! I can hike over from home and pick up a prescription, or get vaccinated, and also pick up home goods at Target. It is so convenient and I have found the pharmacy staff to be smart and very nice. I read recently that CVS may close some pharmacies in Target stores and I am praying they don't close this one. Pray pray pray ...

One of the least helpful pharmacies I have dealt with. When out of stock of any medication, don't expect any help from this cvs as directed by their app. They make no effort to assist, if they even answer their phones. Best suggestion is to xfer script to another pharmacy with all future business.

Firstly the staff here are fantastic. The reason for the low review is that every time I come here there is only one person behind the counter causing long wait times that are frustrating to the customer and to the pharmacist because they are only one person doing the job of three. Do better CVS pay your people, get more staff.

With the new pharmacist starting in early November 2022, this has been the worst experience ever. The pharmacist doesn't answer the phone for 30 min+ (yes short-staffed), and makes promises that fall completely short with medicine that's needed for patients and delivery. Stay far away, goes elsewhere...

Can you update your system that when we get a txt saying the prescription is ready that when we show up it would be there?

This is the most well organized and helpful pharmacy I have ever used. It is small, but they are fast and I never have to wait.

I vow to avoid all CVSs like the plague. My fathers doctor prescribed hydroxychloroquine. But CVS REFUSED to fill it. Apparently CVS is a total socialist organization that thinks they know more than my fathers doctor. Do you get it? Doctor thinks this is best for his patient, but CVS thinks they're smarter than the doctor and they are overruling the doctors decision. Funny, I didn't know that pharmacists had more power than doctors, but at CVS they do. Completely socialist and pathetic. All in command at CVS should repent or leave America and declare bankruptcy.

Shareen the store manager has had my meds ready on time every time I go. Sometimes has help but usually works by herself and gets it done. Friendly

The pharmacists are nice, but the pharmacy techs are rude and incompetent. They continually make mistakes with refilling my prescriptions. They also hang up on me when I call to try to fix things.

Their staff isnt very helpful. Apparently their MinuteClinic is a completely separate entity from CVS yet they operate together in the same workspace. I needed to get a DOT Physical done and prior to coming here I checked with other nearby urgent care facilities that also did physicals and they were all able to tell me whether or not they had a DOT Certified Practitioner working. CVS staff could answer absolutely zero questions I had about the minute clinic. Apparently their practitioner has a lunch hour which is fine, and their supervisor doesn't even work at their location. Basically, the practitioner has no supervisor at CVS at all. So there's nobody there that can provide any useful info on said practitioner. There isnt anyone at CVS that was able to offer me any helpful info regarding wether this practitioner is DOT Certified or not. This information would be incredibly useful so that I don't have to show up two hours later only to find out that their practitioner isn't DOT certified. That is the result of very poor management in my opinion.

I Love My CVS Girls at Target! They are So Kind and Caring! I Have Never had such a good experience as I have had with Brina and Sheridan! These two girls treat me like Family. CVS in the past years has always left me with a negative feeling. Not anymore. Thank You CVS for finding two of the Best Pharmacists in Texas!

Brina is a brilliant and caring pharmacist. She has a doctorate in pharmacology which means she is extraordinarily qualified above and beyond a pharmacy degree. She takes her time to explain and review meds and potential side effects. The issue with this Target CVS is that most of the time the pharmacist is the sole person running the entire pharmacy- answering calls, ringing out customers, filling orders and receiving the daily shipment of medications. It is unthinkable that there's rarely an assistant or tech to care for the customers for drop off and pick up, as well as calls from dr.offices and customers phoning in.

Staff is friendly, but for a company that's suppose to be about health and wellness they are falling short. This concrete parking stop in front of the entry door has been busted up for over a year. Rebar sticking out and concrete chunks of various sizes. Then, the trash can at the entry looks like a health hazard. I don't expect to be able to eat off the thing, but would it kill you to clean the can?
