The store was like any other Chico's, but the service was substandard. I was not greeted when I walked in, and when I needed help both of the associates working in the store ignored me. They were too busy helping one other customer, even though there were two of them so they could have helped me. When I exited the store, they did not even acknowledge me. I am sharing this information so that you will pick a better Chico's to visit, and not experience the neglect that I encountered while at this location.

I just got transferred from one store to another in that area from a family owned business that has been around seen 1909. I was greeted by a nice Hispanic older lady. I picked out some clothes and she took it to the counter for me. The older white lady and a young girl were at the counter. When I got to the counter I asked for my stack of clothes I had picked out but they told me they put it all back. I asked why and so did the original lady that helped me because it was the YES stack. They could not tell me why and I felt humiliated and thought about walking out at that moment. I accepted the apologies and had them find my clothes again so I could pay. I was never raised to disrespect anyone in the manner I was treated so I let it go and paid. Needless to say I do love the clothes but people in that store should really be taught not to stereo type or act in the manner they did. Thanks to the older Hispanic lady who was apologetic and so very helpful. If I explained to my employer how I was treated they would definitely make some calls for me as I’ve been with them over 20 years but I’m letting this one go and let it be a lesson to treat everyone the same as they walk into the Chico’s doors regardless of location.

I admit I haven't visited Chico's in a few years. But at last I returned. Really pretty and well-stocked shop and the sale that was on while I was visiting was terrific. The quality of the clothing here is very good.

Went all the way out there from the Kingsland area and they were closed on a Saturday all day. Was supposed to be a special day for my wife who loves Chicos. Very disappointed. If you are going to be closed on a Saturday, don't advertise you are open.

I suddenly found this very nice store store that carries an abundance of beautiful items and it's moderate it's not expensive it's just very , clothing for seniors ....young people, anyone who'd like to have that fashion look and style. I was greeted kindly at the door as I entered and I was very impressed with all the information she had about what was on sale, clearence, sales, ect. I haven't been to this location before so I decided to seek a shop for a senior citiyeah it's a senior citizen and she was showing me quite a bit of items that I would enjoy buying is buying because of color size size etc. I don't see any negative anything here anything here everything was done very it's done very perfect store was clean floors were clean decorations were amazing call color coordinates everything was perfect here in the store. I would highly recommend the store for anyone who seeks clearance sales now they have an abundance of items close jewelry that they would enjoy.

Chico's has great sales! They have very nice casual clothing for women over 40 preferably.
