Today I tried to deposit cash into my checking account and was denied the deposit being made because my Texas Driver License expired in September. I'm blown away that I can't deposit cash into my own account with a printed deposit slip from my account checkbook. I finally got my license renewal appointment on November 16, but did not get a temporary license as I still new to bring a letter in from my optometrist for my corrective lenses. I went to Broadway bank with the same cash. I was welcomed at the drive through by name, deposit was taken and made without asking for my license, I was then asked if they could do anything else and wished a Happy Thanksgiving. Bottom line ....... After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I'm moving my accounts, paying off the mortgage, posting my negative review and long gone never to return.
