Tried to call 3 times at different times of day and the didn't answer. Call Chase customer service and they tried to connect me directly and failed as well. One star for being consistently bad at picking up the phone

I went to 2 other Chase branches without being assisted adequately. I arrived at this branch & Nedda helped me IMMEDIATELY! Don't waste your time or efforts anywhere else. This branch is 100% customer focused! Thank you Nedda!
