Went in with two things to buy. One guy at the checkout counter was chattering on with a customer. I literally stood right in front of the kid at the next register, holding my items. He didn’t talk to me, he didn’t look at me, didn’t make eye contact. We’re two feet apart, btw. The greeter looked at me and then quickly looked the other way. The one behind the counter just kept typing on his computer didn’t say one word to me for over two minutes. I finally set the items down in front of him, and walked out the door. NO attempt to say sorry, nothing. This is what happens when you have these entitled brats working summer jobs at your store. Plus, you can’t email Best Buy, at all. They say you have to call. Unbelievable. Won’t be back.

Was picking up a open box TV, the young man apparently "loves" his job that everything that we ask for was denied. Extra bubble wrap (nope stating "that was the best they can do"), us seeing if the TV worked (nope stating "it was already tested"), just dragging the TV everywhere. Also, wrong information was given that the remote include "yeah, should be there" yet we were not able to see it just to make sure. Although, this employee gave us such a horrible experience, customer service and he cause such a headache for my husband (having to call customer service and getting the run around), Tyler the store manager change that for us! He heard my husband out and was able to find a suitable solution. Thank you again to Tyler and the two gentleman that help put the TV in the car for us, we truly appreciate it.
This Best Buy will make it right and hear their customers out!

Never anyone to help you. If you do find someone they just point to a direction vs showing you where something is at!
Never enough people on the floor or at the checkout.

Shopping at local Best Buy location beats online options any day. The in-person experience offers expert advice, hands-on testing, and immediate gratification, making it the go-to destination for hassle-free electronics shopping. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is a rare combination now a days. I highly recommend to come check out in person before you shop online.
