From put of state, but needed to withdrawal some cash. I provided teller with checkbook and photo ID. I was questioned if I was from out of town, well yes I was in town visiting family. She then proceeded to ask me all the questions that was answered on my photo ID, along with last 4 of Social and email address. Prolonging a transaction that she had all the answers too. Next she wanted my debit card attached to my account. I refused, she had more than ample information to do this transaction. I told her my photo matches my ID, all questions asked were answered without hesitation. Not liking the answer she had to talk to the manager. Still had not returned my DL yet. Finally she got "authorization" to give me the funds I requested. Counting the bills out and FINALLY handing my license back. I have had poor experiences in the past, but this takes the cake. If this was my home branch, I would be changing banks.

Mackenzie Le the “Banker DLO” is not customer service oriented. He’d rather loose a customer than keep customers happy. I’ve been to the bank three times to resolve an account listed in a trust and he not only cannot get it correct but they eventually said “It seems the best course of action for all parties involved would be to close the account(s).” Such poor customer service

I love my bank, but this one doesn’t have a working ATM and they should put a sign up over the ATM saying out of order.

These people at this bank are pros. They have helped me with a couple of problems over time to my satisfaction. Good bank!

So went in to get some cash for a vacation. I was told that if I wanted $5,000 or more that I needed to tell them a week ahead of time. I was speechless. I asked: "Is this a branch policy or what?"I was told it was a PNC bank policy at all their locations. Needless to say I'm looking at other banking options. I'm not gong to wait a week to get MY MONEY. That's just friggin ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Will not bank there and will not go back. There are good banks out there (Capital One). PNC (BBVA/Compass) is NOT a good bank.

This bank has recently merged into PNC BANK. I have been a business as well as a personal customer to the bank for a couple of years now. The migration of customer accounts to the new bank has been handled very poorly. For instance, I could not login to my accounts for a week or so in spite of long duration calls to customer service lines. Finally, I had to go to the local branch to get access to my accounts which itself is a long process. They had to themselves call an internal customer service number. This merger represents a very large transaction with thousands of accounts or more. The PNC management has handled it very poorly. Unfortunately, this is state of affairs in the industry where the bank profits are more important (by cutting costs and corners) than the customers that deposit funds with them. I am extremely disappointed with this relationship and now looking for alternatives. After waiting an hour at the branch, the representative tells me that my account information did not get uploaded to the new bank correctly and now they have to mail in my login information via snail mail which will take three to five business days. She also told me that there is nothing that anyone can do now and that is the way PNC BANK operates. As of now I am still locked out of my accounts in my new banking relationship.

Service has always been excellent at this branch. Martin, Carmen, Ashley and rest of staff are efficient, very friendly and helpful. I maintain good balances and do not overdraw so I have not had any problem with any fees or funds availability.

This is due to their IT department. The whole banking system is unreliable and down more often than it's up during business hours. Why offer mobile banking if the network isn't available or online? Seriously? Call into Premiere Banking and nothing can be done by phone. Worst mobile banking experience and IT department I've ever seen. Worked in the IT field myself for about 40 years. Never have I seen or experienced such poor IT service and remedies.

I have been working with this bank for little over a year and their service has been top notch. I started with a personal account and since then opened a free business checking account. Overall I have been very happy with their service. Mobile banking with the recent BBVA Compass App is as good as it gets and what I liked about this branch is that their staff know their way around helping setup their online services offering with all it's features included. This has been a pain in dealing with other banks when dealing with branch staff that are not knowledgeable enough and you end up dealing with long and painful telephone support.
