I have never been to this location it was a bit far , but well worth it very clean facility and I was in and out in less than an hour very glad I went there everyone is so nice .

I recently transferred my daughter to ARC after her doctor relocated there. During our first visit, we experienced exceptional care and empathy from the entire team. I wasn’t concerned about our appointment with Dr. Thompson, as I already knew how wonderful she is, but the front desk and lab staff also went out of their way to be attentive and address all my concerns.

ARC has been my medical advisory group since I moved here over 25 yrs ago. They hire great talent and have excellent facilities and availability.

Probably the worst primary doctor ive ever had. She seems very concerned with your purses so if you have one, leave it in the car in the trunk, because she’s gonna say all of your freaking problems are due to that damn purse and every time you come in, she’s gonna look at the purse, even if it’s a different purse, and mention that purse your summary notes like it’s a medical thing. If you want someone to be dismissive or condescending or treat you like a little baby or like a dumb woman, then definitely hook up with her. I recommend taking an excessive amount of time to drive to a place where a woman is dismissive that you pay to tell you what the h is wrong with you just to tell you it’s something to do with your purse and your overreacting. I’ve had a kidney infection for two weeks in pain, I am really, really, really horrified that despite I actually have a medical problem. This wonderful doctor Literally takes notes about my purse and recommends I use a heating pad which I’ve been doing for two weeks oh and recommend I just keep doing what I’ve already been doing. So from now on, I’m going to self diagnose. I’m going to be my own pharmacist and I’m definitely never carrying a purse again. If I ever learned anything here during my time at camp bee caves with Seema, I learned that Women doctors can be just as dismissive as men if not more. It’s probably due to her purse!

I'm relatively new to ARC. I've seen a physician at a different location a couple of times and was in need of care months sooner than they were able to provide it. The scheduler was able to get me in to the Bee Cave location with Dr. Wang within the same week. Huge points for availability. Check in was a breeze. Two large waiting areas; however, didn't use because my name was called within moments. Yay. Dr. Wang has a great personality. He's very friendly and actually listens. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and promptly. Visit notes were available on My Chart the very next day - a Saturday! I have a follow-up telehealth visit with him this week, so I will see how that goes. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth the extra distance because things worked so much more quickly. :) Plus - xrays available on-site. Very convenient. Tech was nice. Meh - some things are very antiquated. I actually had to fill out paper forms to allow them to share information with another physician. Gasp! Lol. And in order to share my images, I had to drive back to pickup a CD. What? They don't have the ability to forward them electronically.

This place is a total nightmare! Trying to get them on the phone is a joke - always busy, like they don't even care. And if you need a referral for something you've already seen a doc about, they make you come in again just to milk you for more money. It's all about the cash grab for them, no real care for the patients.

My visit with Dr.Seema Gupta and the rest of the staff was very positive! The whole visit was very quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and had clear instructions for navigating the process. Dr. Gupta took my concerns seriously and gave excellent care.

Not sure why reviews are so spotty for this location. We have been going since it opened and have always received great care from Dr. Christensen and all of the nurses. ARC uses MyChart so it is easy to schedule appointments and get in touch with physicians for refills, etc. The receptionists are always professional. I recommend ARC because they have so many locations and providers. If your doctor is not available, you can schedule easily with another and have many options available. With young kids this was very valuable as they have weekend pediatric appointments at certain locations. It has saved us quite a bit in unnecessary emergency and urgent care visits.
