Was so pleasantly surprised to go into the store just a couple of days before Christmas to upgrade my iPhone and it wasn’t too crazy and then on top of that I got a sales rep named Cody who was not only pleasant and welcomed me immediately but super knowledgeable and made my whole experience so easy and effortless. When it got busy at one with a lot of people waiting he maintained his professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Cody so much for making my transaction such a pleasant experience!!!

This AT&T store is by far the best store I've been too! If you go to this store for sure ask for Carson ! He is amazing, he made my upgrade process quick and smooth! Will be telling my friends and family about this location.

If you are in need of extraordinary service this is the store to be at. I went into upgrade my phone and was welcomed with a happy smile and customer service that is amazing. Huge shout out to Cody for all the assistance, will be coming back when I need help in the future.

They are definitely lying at this store.I came in and told them exactly what i needed, was promised my addition of watch line would not result in extra month to month expenses. 2 months later it ended up in such a state that o was charged x dollars more a month.Going to the store a few times and after 3+ hours of trying to get my account right on the phone I ended up with 2 months of upcharge and no refund credit. Because based on what the store manager said "I need to contact the billing department because us store managers have no power in situations like this"unfortunatly as a result I need to rate the service at this store low for lying, promising credits wothout fulfilling and etc.To be explicit on exact problem:1. I wanted add a watch line.2. wanted to know cost of this ask- Was promised because of current promotions and my current account i wpuld not be charged more per month to add the watch line, this turned out to not be true because they signed me up for a warranty service that I did not need, I had extra warranty already through the manufacturer.

AT&T Store in Bee Cave - Big thank you to Dillon (sp) at the store for helping to get my daughters iphone 12 screen protector on as well as looking at my phone's charging port and cleaning it out for me. He is a great example of how to handle clients and have fun doing it. Thanks Dillon.

As a customer that has purchased more iPhones and iPads from this store than I can count over the last decade, I called this store to inquire about upgrading to a new iPhone with additional memory. I spoke with a man who identified himself as "Cody"---the store manager. Not only was he not helpful, he was rude and arrogant in dealing with me. I will take my business elsewhere...for good.

My husband and I visited the Bee Cave store to upgrade our phones and we worked with Dylan. Not only was he very personable and knowledgeable about our devices, but he ended up looking into our plan and told us that we could upgrade to a new plan and save tons of money! He also advised that my husband, upon trading in his old phone, would have a credit applied to our monthly bill. Dylan further broke that down for us so we had full transparency on what it was we'd be upgrading to. My husband and I both agreed upon leaving the store, that Dylan was an incredible representative and that it was the best customer service we've had at AT&T.

My husband had a terrible interaction with a rep named Bianca. Essentially, we were upgrading my S8+ to an S23 and we had ordered it online, but when it arrived, I had decided I wanted the S23+ instead. As simple as this sounds, he was having a difficult time getting this done and decided to go into the AT&T store for help. His interaction at this store with Bianca was not great, she took his receipt and disappeared into the back, even the other employees checked in with my husband because she was gone for a long while. Then, when she came out, she asked if she could use his phone and she had pulled up the AARP site and handed it back to him and told him "this may seem weird, but sign up for this" and without explaining anything about what she was doing or why she was doing it (I later found out, that was to get some kind of discount). Her demeanor was very unprofessional and my husband ended up leaving, more frustrated and still without being helped for the reason he was there. He ended up spending another hour or so on a call with a CS agent to get it done. I just want the owners to understand that having an rep who rolls her eyes, doesn't communicate with the customers or other store employees, and has a superiority complex is hurting the brand and and the business.

I stopped in today to see about upgrading my phone and replacing my daughters lost phone. In full disclosure I did not have a lot of time and honestly probably came across a bit rude when talking to the sales rep and stated I could not stay for two hours and really needed to just try and do this as quickly as possible. I have been with At&t for over 20 years with our wireless service and have continued with their internet and Directv Stream. Not a whole lot more I can "upgrade". While I can appreciate a sales rep doing their job the important part is for the sales rep to have complete transparency in what they are "selling" the customer. I asked this particular sales rep on multiply occasions to explain things that were being thrown out there and bottom line what am I looking at cost wise in doing the upgrade and replacement. This did not go over well and frankly I could tell she was annoyed, truly am sorry but the sales pitch was not very clear on what the discounts were or what was included in this new plan. The entire interaction ended with the sales rep being completely rude bad mouthing other companies, stating that I was wasting her time and just overall patronizing. The other staff were sympathetic and it was clear this is habitual behavior with this particular sales rep. Overall I have always had a pleasant experience in dealing with At &T and obviously to like their product/service; however, when you have a sales rep such as what I encountered today this is what gives the bad rep of AT &T is always just trying to sell sell sell (this straight from the sales reps). I generally don't like to complain and try to look at it as maybe the person is having an off day but the treatment I received today was incomprehensible and unprofessional.

Upgraded to a new phone. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and kind but accidentally damaged the screen protector when she applied it to my phone. I was told to let the marks work themselves out overnight, but scratches don't disappear like bubbles. No one wants to pay $60 for a screen protector that's already damaged. When I returned to the store, a different associate explained that employees aren't responsible for damaging the screen protectors they apply. I felt defeated because I never asked the associate to apply the screen protector. She just took it upon herself to do so, which I appreciated, but I could have done it myself.Long story short, I thought I would leave the store without a resolution, but the manager kindly offered to replace the screen protector for me at no charge. Seeing the manager go the extra mile is what keeps customers coming back. :-)
