Went in yesterday and got a couple cute items. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to find additional colors in an item I wanted. Will be back!

Unfriendly, hostile sales staff! We walked in this afternoon. Even though the two sales girls greeted the woman who entered before and after us, they specifically glared at us. When I asked for help, one acted like I was bothering her. When we left, we thanked them and they just glared at us again. It was a hostile type of feeling that even my kid picked up on it and commented after we left.If your business is retail, perhaps professional, friendly, trained staff will help. Even though I go to the Adorn Boutique in Westlake, will skip them all after this experience.

As I entered the store I was abruptly told that they were closing at 7. It was 6:50. I told the lady that I realized that and I would be out by 7. Then she said, “oh also I have finger spaced all of the hanging clothes. I had to think about that as I had no idea what she meant. I asked her what she meant and she said it takes her 20 min to finger space. So I now understood. I was not tomess up or move the hanging clothes !! She was snooty and rude. I told her I wouldn’t mess up her clothes because I wasn’t going to buy anything and I was leaving and would never return. There was a cute cardigan I wanted to buy but didn’t because of her terrible attitude and not making me feel welcome!!

I pass by this store a lot and finally decided to go in today (dec 8) thought it would be a great place to get some cute clothes for my daughter for Christmas. I was severely disappointed with the scant selection and bizarre cleaning solution like smell inside. Staff seemed rushed and unwilling to help despite being the only customer in the store for most of the small amount of time I was inside. I gave two stars because I think they could easily improve. Will not be returning :/

I've been "adorning" myself with treats for me for YEARS here and buying my unique gorges for my East TX family and all my friends here forever and I just love love the selection and the friendly staff there - it's a part of the fiber of our hood: that Lakeway vibe! I encourage everyone to go shop there and keep that money in our area!
