Very nice gentleman, very personal we are very happy the work him and his crew did. We have a 28x80 double wide and they came in and within a few hours had everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Melendez house leveling and foundation repair. When I first called him out to my house (could barely open front door ?) he knew who built the house and what all was wrong with it to make it so unlevel. I was shown what all needed to be done and was given an unbeatable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Hardworking and very friendly crew. And my front door opens correctly again!
