At this Walgreens on Hardwood Rd. It's Sad 😔 to say and Admit , that pharmacy assistants there are Rude, Non- Courteous at ALL. I guess it's a Racist issue..... but ever since my Health plan changed. I had to change from CVS on Industrial Blvd. To here Walgreens on Hardwood Rd. Bedford 76021 and I Regret it !!!! People over at there Competition ( CVS) are way to nice, sweet, Courteous, respectful and very Profesional at Pharmacy and Store in General. HERE !!!! It's all the opposite!!! Even the Afro- American girl on Drive through, so Rude and Unprofessional. Just exactly like White lady Assistant pharmacist with short blonde hair👩🏼and eyeglasses👓OMG (&^%$#@) 😞. Even thinking about driving a bit more far to try another Walgreens🚫❌️because at this specific one. It's depressing 😞 every time I NEED TO GO!!! Ain't used to talk about people like this, but my job is to let people looking for directions or instructions, to say what's really happening at this place. Sorry but it is what it is. Just try Yes try, it's free trying people with 🫶🏻❤️ Respect, kindness, and in a Profesional manner ✅️. Treat others like you would like to be treated ✨️❤️🙏🏽✝️

I love this pharmacy, it's the best one in the Walgreens chain. Courtney, the pharmacy tech, is outstanding! She is so kind, efficient, and the most knowledgeable pharmacy tech I have come across! It's always a joy to see you working! Thank you Courtney for all your help and dog treats!

After 3 hrs waiting for my father inhalers prescription they told me that they were out of stock.. They didn't let me know until I got to the pharmacy pick up window.
Also they transfer 4 medications from cvs to them with out my consent.

Photo Dept:
Other Walgreens I’ve visited have the small Dropbox on the counter at the Photo dept. this one did not. I had to stop the closest associate from their stocking duties if they could grab me a form to drop film off. They searched diligently and couldn’t locate a single one. They politely asked me to return at a later time.
Setting this Dropbox out, with the form/bag would be very helpful and appreciated. The customer would be able to drop off film, in and out, as well as not having to interrupt an associates work.
Genuinely no issue with the staff. They were very helpful and gave intent to resolve my issue, they were simply not provided with the resources.

I walked up waiting to pick up photos. The lady there was helping the other cashier. That's fine. She saw me waiting looked right at me and continued past. After helping the other cashier she proceeded to do something else. She finally came back to the photo counter looked at me again said nothing and helped the other gentleman there. He was there before me but that's fine. The lack of communication/customer service awful. She finally stood behind me and asked if I was picking up. She then gave me the photos and told me to check out at front and not there. She could have asked why I was there in passing and if it was that easy she could have given them then. If it more more complicated, cool, tell me it's going to be a wait, instead of just mean mugging everytime she walked by. Avoid this store if you can.

The Walgreens on Harwood and Industrial is the worse for drive thru. We spent 25 minutes waiting behind a car then when it was our turn they left to get prescriptions and didn’t come back for 5 minutes and said they couldn’t find one of the prescriptions. Horrible customer service. If it was my store I would close down the pharmacy since no one knows what’s going on.
