After 3 hrs waiting for my father inhalers prescription they told me that they were out of stock.. They didn't let me know until I got to the pharmacy pick up window.
Also they transfer 4 medications from cvs to them with out my consent.

Photo Dept:
Other Walgreens I’ve visited have the small Dropbox on the counter at the Photo dept. this one did not. I had to stop the closest associate from their stocking duties if they could grab me a form to drop film off. They searched diligently and couldn’t locate a single one. They politely asked me to return at a later time.
Setting this Dropbox out, with the form/bag would be very helpful and appreciated. The customer would be able to drop off film, in and out, as well as not having to interrupt an associates work.
Genuinely no issue with the staff. They were very helpful and gave intent to resolve my issue, they were simply not provided with the resources.

I walked up waiting to pick up photos. The lady there was helping the other cashier. That's fine. She saw me waiting looked right at me and continued past. After helping the other cashier she proceeded to do something else. She finally came back to the photo counter looked at me again said nothing and helped the other gentleman there. He was there before me but that's fine. The lack of communication/customer service awful. She finally stood behind me and asked if I was picking up. She then gave me the photos and told me to check out at front and not there. She could have asked why I was there in passing and if it was that easy she could have given them then. If it more more complicated, cool, tell me it's going to be a wait, instead of just mean mugging everytime she walked by. Avoid this store if you can.

The Walgreens on Harwood and Industrial is the worse for drive thru. We spent 25 minutes waiting behind a car then when it was our turn they left to get prescriptions and didn’t come back for 5 minutes and said they couldn’t find one of the prescriptions. Horrible customer service. If it was my store I would close down the pharmacy since no one knows what’s going on.

Rude and not patient . Very expensive for proscriptions . I'm not going here ever again . even if you use good RX . Walgreens is the only Store that always says the system is out or the Internet is not working. Then you end up paying the whole price because you need the medicine so bad.

Terrible store with horrible customer service. During my visit, I witnessed a supervisor having an unprofessional interaction with a subordinate who was stocking shelves. I asked for an item that was listed as $22.99 in the glass case and when they took it up to the counter they wouldn't match the price it was sitting in front of because it was a stocking error. Fine. But then when I asked them to match their online price, they declined to do that as well. Walgreens corporate should consider having a meeting with the manager on duty at this location (at 1pm on 2/1/24) because he has no grasp or understanding of customer retention / customer service. You've just lost a loyal customer.

Manager does not allow to use the rewards or coupons like any another Walgreens he is implementing his own rules this store is going to be closing soon due to his changes. Customers are complaining.

Maybe it's just this one. I purchased 2 items that I thought had a $ 10.00 reward. First of all the cashier should have told me it didn't qualify before I paid for it. Also 5 minutes later still in the store I wanted to return the 2 items to get the correct ones and Walgreens wouldn't let me return it and it was only $ 25.00 unless they scanned my ID. I can return anything at CVS, Walmart, and Sam's Club without my ID. In addition I am never shopping at Walgreens again because the last couple of times I have came you let criminals just walk out of the store shop lifting and nothing happens to them but yet I just wanted to exchange 2 items and I never left the store and you guys want to interigate me and scan my ID. Ridiculous. You guys deserve to go out of business or fire everyone and let AI do your jobs.
