“To be honest, I booked this spot in error via influence of a Groupon. My intention was to book the other Axe spot in Grand Prairie. But this place really worked out, nonetheless.Extremely kind young lady working the cash register and doing demo. She even brought out what we called a "baby axe" for my tiny human and for me (recovering from major surgery).You don't need to be an athlete. You don't need to be a lumberjack. You just need to show up with a good attitude, ready to have a blast with friends.Some drawback about booking this place instead of the other in GP is that the "Smash Space" where you crush glass bottles, break electronics, get all your aggressions out in a fun way - is right in the middle of throwing lanes. The sound is so scary/loud/intense that they offer axe throwers ear plugs when/if that space gets used during your stay. That's very unpleasant. But people typically only stay in that space smashing everything in sight for about 20-40min.In true SoccerMom style we brought in snacks on snacks on snacks. Also, it's BYOB so juice boxes or whatevs. Wings, pizza, sushi were also items we brought and your throwing lanes have tables and chairs. So, everything worked out.There are 4-5 arcade games available free of charge for your leisure use during your rental time. Shuffle board is on the back wall, while not full size, it's still a great way for non-throwers to be competitive.Would we go back? Sure. It was a perfect location for PALentines.”

“I like this theater, but their concessions are not that great. I paid $7.75 for nachos and was handed a small tray with chips in a bag, a small covered container of cheese with a bag of jalapeños to put together myself. Why do you have employees at the concessions if I'm putting my own food together? What happened to handing me a boat plate with hot nacho cheese and jalapeño peppers over a small mountain of tortilla chips? Like a high school football game...those are nachos! Oh yeah, nachos, 2 hot dogs, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, sm drink, large drink=$49 and some change. Tickets were $43 for 3 tickets with discount code for an XD theater. XD theaters are great. Should have taken a picture of the nachos because they sucked especially what I paid for them.”
“We are glad we chose to have our wedding at The Laurel. It was nice having the catering done in house. Chef Justo was incredible to work with (more on Justo and catering in a separate review). The Laurel was a beautiful space, and the team was highly competent. We always felt heard and accommodated in our meetings with our day-of coordinator, Maggie. She was also quick to reply to phone calls or emails from us with questions or concerns. And then on the actual day, she helped the whole thing run like a well-oiled machine. The venue worked with us to make our wedding as custom as we wanted, including our getaway vehicle and allowing my sweet dog to bring our rings down the aisle. My only negative was that we were considering having a completely dry wedding for family reasons, and while they were fine with that, they still required us to meet the beverage minimum, which would have been next to impossible with only juices, sodas, and water. That being said, we did still choose them for many reasons, and we did the basic beer/wine package. Another thing to note for decorating purposes is that you may not attach things to walls, rafters, or pews using command hooks, tape, staples, or anything else. All in all, we were very happy with our choice. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff are highly competent, upbeat, and pleasant to work with.”
“Second visit here & both times were great! First visit was with adult friends to do the splatter room, was BYOB, they gave great directions & we were able to pick different size canvases. Second visit was for a birthday party for my daughter's friend. They got to do both a splatter canvas & an alcohol ink tile.”

“Tarrant Events Center is exactly what we were looking for to host our daughter's Quinceañeara. The Venue is Elegant, Rustic, Clean, close to home and customer friendly to what "all" we are allowed to during the rental of the venue which is pretty much anything and everything you dreamed of. “Took my nieces here over spring break and we had a blast painting our own pottery. We chose to paint 3 different style mugs. The staff was so friendly and the prices were affordable. Two weeks later I received a phone call that our projects were done and ready to pick up. Highly recommend for a few hours of fun!”
“Well located in Grapevine.This is the place to go if you want information about the area and activities to do.Close to Dallas Fort Worth airport, it has a shuttle bus that takes tourists around the tourist area.You can also take a train from terminal B to get there.Staff is friendly.Clean toilets”

“Still by far one of the best place ive ever work great ppl and environment i hope matt is doin well one of the best man I’ve kno as a manager he was understandable and never on a power trip knowing hes the manager great food great everything memories to cherish forever i remember when it use to be 30 degrees or less and my finger freezing off. With even rain and we had to get those cart out at 5am for our customers. Great ppl only if i could turn back time i would of never left this job. Its all cause my grandma passed i had to leave and went to her funeral:( great ppl i always enjoyed the connection of the customer great ppl”

“Excellent place for any kind of event or party. We had 6th birthday party of my son. Everyone who attended the party enjoyed the place. It is full of activities and have something to do for all ages. Mike is very friendly and he make sure the event is successful. He is not like regular managers or owners who disappear after you pay the money. Mike stays with us like a family member for the entire event. I recommend this place for any type of event. The entire ranch will be reserved for you and you don't need to share with others. Thanks Mike for all your help during the event.”

“I took my son and daughter to this park today03-08-24. My daughter lost her phone. Destiny the general manager and Ryan an employee went absolutely above and beyond not only as employees but also as just human beings. Destiny reviewed camera footage to see where she dropped it and also searched the ball pit. Ryan searched under the trampolines and in the foam pit. They didn’t just do this for 30 min they spent around 2 hours searching off and on in between their duties and taking care of customers. We finally found the phone and I am so very thankful that people like this still exist in our world. Destiny and Ryan from the bottom of my heart thank you!!!”
