I opened a mailbox with Emiley for my business, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I was impressed with the small business opportunists they have available and will be returning for blueprints, and other printing needs.
Great staff. The owner Galoust is also very involved and has helped create a very comfortable environment for his staff and customers.

I had no idea UPS had printing services, I went in for shipping and mentioned I needed to print some things and the gal helping me, Emily told me I they offered the service. She saved me from having to run a round. Great service!

I came to this location after a horrible experience at another location. To walk into this store to see men welcoming guests and smiling lit a spark in my heart. Emily at the Bedford, Central Drive location was absolutely fantastic! I was so worried about a device return I needed to make to Spectrum but she made the process so EASY! Such a relief, and I was in and out in no time! Great customer service!

Took them 45 minutes to print 6 documents. The two clerks were flirting and messing with the printing machines for a good 30 minutes before anything was printed. Overall, a five minute job that took way too long. Come on UPS, train your staff better. Replacing printer ink isn’t rocket science.

Worst customer service ever. Owner is a complete jerk, also says he is not affiliated with UPS so can’t be held responsible for what they do and what they ship there, yet they are a UPS store. Would never do business with them.
