They called Monday morning saying the had identified the problem and Friday by five they had it fixed for under a thousand dollars. I assumed it would be at least a couple grand. These guys will have all my vehicles for everything as long as they are open. I just wish they worked on motorcycles too.”
“I went into Durable Transmission thinking I needed a new transmission. After inspection and computer analysis, it was determined that my transmission fluid was very low and very dirty. The problem was corrected and it's shifting properly again. I could have been easily taken advantage of so I really appreciate the owner's honesty and integrity. “In October I dropped my Infiniti Q50 off with the team at Multistate after my transmission went out. Even with setbacks with the shipping companies both Buddy and Vinny were the definition of professionals. They listened to my concerns, and worked hard to make sure my car got back to me.
Even though I wouldn't want my transmission to go out again, I would absolutely go back to Multistate to get the job done.”
“Was referred to Truck Techs for a radiator replacement on my 2002 F250 diesel. At drop off I explained a steering issue and explored advantages of a S&B body mount kit since I was the original owner of my 22 year old truck.
Once they had a couple hours to look the truck over, I decided to replace the radiator and hoses, draglink, and install the body mount kit.
Dropped off 8am on Thursday and as promised, the truck was ready Friday before close.
Drove it home which was about a 40 minute drive with highway and city, the truck rode and handled like new!
This was my first visit to Truck Techs and I’m totally over the top satisfied, and will definitely reach out again next time!

Previous Review: This automotive center is professional, thorough and accommodating. I went in for a vehicle inspection and they explained to me the process of getting my plates changed plus they changed my window wipers for me. I had to go back to the shop for a separate service and they helped me fit another item at no extra cost.
The atmosphere in the center is accommodating and they have coffee, water, magazines, and children’s books. It’s a place like no other!”

Bevil Automotive was not only super accommodating by agreeing to do a same day pre-purchase inspection, they did an extremely thorough evaluation and explained everything in detail including repair/replacement costs. “Haven't left a review bcus a transmission isn't like a restaurant you could review right after eating. So the transmission I wanted to get at least several hundred miles on it before I could even make a fair assumption...so far I'm very pleased with how the transmission is working. Automatic transmission does shift a little hard when slowing down and it shifts into 1st gear.. but from what I've read it could be normal until it's broken in. I'll give it a thousand miles then re evaluate that. But all in all I got a great price, great work, and everything went as planned..thanks Custom transmissions(Barts)Dennis”

A dealership had quoted me $4800 for a bunch of unnecessary work but Nathan and Claudia were able to diagnose and fix the actual issue with my car and confirmed I didn’t need all that extra work. “I had a noon appointment and they took my car right away. They gave me an estimate and once they further investigated they realized I needed a special light bulb replacement. They gave me an updated quote and stated they ordered the new bulb and it should be there within the hour. It arrived and was out there in a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and the cost was the 2nd quote which was $150 cheaper then the Audi dealership

“I had quite a time trying to find a t-56 cobra tail housing. Called Texas drivetrain performance, and even with them crazy busy, they found the time to go through their inventory and locate one for me at a very fair price. Not only did they have one at a fair price, they cleaned it, inspected it, and put a new seal and bushing in it. Most shops would just toss a used tail housing in a box and ship it out while charging a premium for it. Texas drivetrain are is the definition of a good, honest business that actually cares about the customer and I intend to work with them absolutely anytime I need anything!”

J d fixed her car for A fraction of that amount and he only had to fix it once he told her it wasn't a hard fix and the other shop , just patched it up and charged her a lot”
“A rebuild cost me $2400 with a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty and I still haven't had problems after over 3 months of getting it fixed. I dropped off on (I believe) a Friday and had it back within like a week, plus it was around Christmas time so that was pretty dang quick. It's a family owned business and they're really kind. They aren't the type of people to try to get over on you with pricing and they know their stuff. If you ever have transmission issues I recommend them!”
