I’m currently attending the “Woman Evolve 24” conference here in Arlington TX from NYC. I arrived here on an early Wednesday morning around 10am. I got my rental car and checked into the hotel then googled nearest cleaners to get a silk blouse and patent leather pleaded skirt steam to knock out the wrinkles from being folded in my suitcase & a blue jean pants suit that needed dry cleaning too. Town & Country Cleaners in Bedford was the closest cleaners near my hotel. When I got there, I was so nervous because I didn’t know if they would be able to steam my shirt & skirt on the spot (needed for 3pm luncheon). Mannnnnn listen, the lady at register was like give me a few minutes I got you. Also, she took my dry cleaning and said it would be ready the next day. Next day, I’m stuck at the conference the entire day trying to figure out when and how I can pick up my items so call the cleaners to see if they deliver. A guy picked up the phone and was like don’t worried about it, just give me the name of your hotel and I’ll drop off your items for you. I’m like wow and grateful at the same time.
I’m sorry that this is a long review but I had to explain the incredibly experience and fantastic service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt assistance in helping my dire need of assistance, impeccable. Again, thank you very much for everything.

I’ve been going to Town and Country for the last year and a half, and have been really pleased! The service is awesome! Like other cleaners they have good hours of operation but what separates them are the little things. You don’t necessarily have to pay upfront and they take checks. One of the best things is if you can’t make it during their operation hours, you can make arrangements to pick your order up with the company in a cool locker facility they have. What an awesome way to cater toward your clients - thank you Town and Country Cleaners!

I rarely leave bad reviews , but this cleaners pretty much messed up my dress. I am new to town and took my brand new silk/satin dress here. I picked it up, didn’t bother to check there (my bad) because I trusted their service. When I get home and see my dress, it still had a lot of wrinkles , very noticeable and also they damaged my brand new dress. There were little thread pulls on the dress on a few areas. Again, this was a brand new dress. Never taking my clothes here again.

Excellent service and treated all my clothes splendidly. Had stains on some light-colored shirts and had it come back with no stains. Excellent experience would highly recommend if you are in the area. My now go-to cleaner.

dropped off 1 single dress shirt friday morning, was told it would be done the next day (saturday) by the owner. Came in to pick it up saturday and was told "no this isnt going to be done til monday" even on my ticket it said saturday. I leave monday at 5am to drive across country for a wedding which I needed the shirt for. so I had to spend 10 minutes helping one of the workers look through wet clothes to find my shirt to take somewhere else. (the male worker, I didn't catch his name, but he is extremely nice and helpful) but I'll never be back
