This shop is very busy but seems to be handle the volume well. Best to try and plan ahead and have an appointment. Waiting area is neat and clean, but very busy. This place can be really hopping. Especially in the morning.”

“Easy to setup an online appointment,was warned that it may be changed and I would receive a call from the service center if that was the case. I did get a call before my appointment time to reschedule my appointment to 2pm. I arrived early and waited for my car to be serviced. The service man at the desk checked my car and noticed a bulge on my front right tire, a replacement of this tire was added to my oil change. The service man was helpful and pointed out I could apply for a Firestone credit card which I did. Very friendly staff.”
