If i could give 0 starts i would! my sister has lived here for almost a year!! and nothing works! the water doesn’t get hot or the water is just off! she had to go to a friend house to bathe her child! the roaches are out of control! it’s more of them then her they need to pay rent! y’all be safe out there.

I’m leaving this review for Ms. Berta and Ms. Maria today!! These two ladies helped me out big time, my car was towed 48 hours ago and then towed AGAIN today, I already came out of $330 to get it back and then to turn around and get it towed again was just unacceptable however Ms. Berta and Maria went above and beyond to ensure I got my vehicle back FREE OF CHARGE, the manager of the towing office even reached out to me personally apologizing. This I can respect and appreciate dearly! Now my registration for my actual parking spot is completed I can use my spot and not be towed ever again. Yes since I’ve moved here there has been water pipes bursting left and right and that’s understandable due to the random weather changes but the staff does make sure to send out emails each and every time there’s an impact on the community and communication is key so I do appreciate that as well !! Im a very patient man overall so I can work with who works with me. HOWEVER first chance y’all get, I still need my washer fixed or tell the maintenance team to go ahead and order another one lol. Other than that 5 STAR SERVICE. Thank you again ladies for all your help!!

The apartments are fantastic, and I'm really happy that I moved into the Morgans. Maria is incredible; she did a fantastic job finding me the perfect apartment, She is very patient and has first-rate customer service. My phone calls are always answered by the office, and she and the manager are always quick to respond to my inquiries and offer the greatest answers. The nicest aspect is that my apartment is smoke-free; if you're looking for a good place to live, this is the spot for you. In addition, I received a rent rebate.

Almost a month in and the hot water has not worked a total of 4 times already. The flooring is trash and was lifted one foot into the apartment tripping myself, my movers, the apartment complexes own maintenance people (which pulled it up more) and their fix still has a massive lump. I put in a maintenance request to have the hole between the shower head stem and the wall closed. Also complemented the water pressure and shower head. Guess what, the hole is still there and they removed the shower head and replaced it with the crappiest shower head they could find. Its is cheap garbage and the water pressure is now half of what it was. Its like they are mad that I asked to have the hole closed up. I'm trying to save myself and them from mold growing inside the wall and their response is to be petty. The parking rules are ABSURD and they treat you like a child (can't have a guest park pass for more than 24 hours at a time and not more than 3 times in a week). If you have family visit from out of area they either can't stay with you they basically can't park here or park on the street risking break-ins and hit and runs. You'll get threatening emails all the time about smoking, even when you don't smoke. Now there will be "SPOT INSPECTIONS". SPOT INSPECTIONS!! 3 threatening emails in less than a month. This morning they sent out a property wide email about an old rusty bbq pit that they want to know who damaged. You can see the rust on the bottom of the pit in the photo they sent out. It is comical that they think that rust was supposed to hold up much longer and that they think threatening people is good customer service. The manager is rude and will interrupt you constantly while trying to address concerns.This place is poorly run, trash is everywhere everyday, and maintenance is a joke as well. I would give 0 stars if Google ratings allowed it. Don't move here if you want to live someone decent. This is not it.

Have never had a good experience while living here for several years in several different units. If it wasn't too expensive to move we would. There is literally always an issue going on around the property, usually involving water being cold or not working at all. Maintenance guys are stretched thin and requests take weeks to get taken care of if at all. Our outside building lights go off everytime it rains and take weeks to come back on. Last time it rained a puddle filled up outside our building and flooded into our closet, WE had to go outside and fix it ourselves, there is no emergency maintenance on site. And they never called or came by after the fact to check on it. There's always dog poop everywhere, people driving like maniacs in the parking lots, trash strewn about... I really could go on and on. Save yourselves the trouble and don't move here!!!!

Take the advice of these reviews and DO NOT rent here.The apartments are never ready -clean/painted/up to date for move in.They do not answer calls, you have to call a few times or go to the office .They tow your car even if you are a resident. You have to “register” your car with a specific towing company in order not to be towed.Just so many things that you can avoid by going somewhere else.Update- responding back to their comment. My name isn’t Kaylee so that obviously shows y’all don’t pay any attention. Now we know y’all copy paste your responses ?

I truly thought when I moved into this apartment JUST A MONTH AGO I had found my home. The rent price was great, amenities great (besides being told NO LAUNDRY SITES WORKED), & even leased a non-renovated apartment that I THOUGHT was very up to date & beautiful. Looks like I should’ve read the reviews because everyone has the same issues with the office & maintenance. I am on the first floor & I have had to deal with major flooding, molding, & discoloration only to be told by front office if I want to change units I would have to pay a moving fee of $1000 & have an extra $200-300 added onto my rent because the only apartments they had were renovated units and my claims were not “severe” enough to be moved even though the foundation of this apartment causes poor living conditions. I’ve attached photos to prove my claims and recommended if you stay here DO NOT GET A FIRST FLOOR! Maintenance left the water to dry for over 8 HOURS & when they claimed they picked it all up I came back home to puddles still in my kitchen. Would not recommend unless you want your own indoor swimming pool! These photos are AFTER THEY LET THE WATER SIT FOR 8 HOURS!

I would not recommend renting at the Morgan. I have lived here for 3 years and my experience has been poor. We've gone through 3 property management. The pluming sucks. There is always a leak somewhere on the property where they have to cut off the water at random times. There is never hot water. The property is old and runs off of a boiler system which almost never works. Our hot water goes out at least once a week. I currently do not have hot water now. The office never answers the phone.

1. The office never answers your call. You have to drop by at the office if you need to talk to them.2. The parking rules are very strict and limited. One visitor can only register for 7 days max. They tow a lot and lots of tenants around me got really upset with Morgan they always move out3. Mold in my bathroom walls even though i clean it- it grows back4. If you pay rent online, there’s a $34 fee. So you better get your checks ready

We NEVER have hot water and currently today we don’t have any just like every other day and it’s been 7 and a half hours. That’s not counting every other thing that’s wrong with these apartments. These are the WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in.

I been here almost a year and I love it. The manager Berta is very helpful and kind, even when us residents gets frustrated and acts out. I see her here often till 9-10 at night almost daily to catch up. I wish upper management would get her some actual help. I hope she don’t quit like the assistant did.

If you want a decent place to live, do not rent here.If you want a well maintained apartment, do not rent here.If you want an apartment where your walls and ceiling are not crumbling, look elsewhere.If you want to live somewhere with reasonable rent for what you get, you will have no luck here

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The A/C doesn’t work properly in the summers and the Morgan takes no responsibility to fix it. It was literally 82-90 in our unit. I spoke with my neighbors and everyone was having the same issue. The trash is always piled up, and no one answers the phones in the front office at any point in the day.

good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone. the leasing office lacks tact, manners and any sort of professional organization time management or generally attentive skills. They NEVER answer the phone and in the off chance that they do, Annabelle and Maria always say there’s no way they can even pretend to be moderately helpful and say “Bertha” “Berta” whatever her name is will call me back when she’s finished with her lunch break. She never does. And also, this woman has been on her lunch break EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Regardless of what time it actually is. Absolute insanity. At least Annabelle will pretend to be nice 1/4 of the time. If Maria answers you might as well save your energy or take a couple blood pressure pills. They ought to take three stuffed animals and set them behind the desk. They’d be more helpful. They also make it actual hell to try and get a lease with a new inconsistency every step of the way. RIP to my patience.
