I’m not going to this car wash anymore, I said that the last 2 times. It’s over priced and they don’t even clean the cup holder and doors right. Then, I feel like I have to tip, because that’s how I am. I don’t want to tip for a job half way done. I paid so much to add the feature of them washing my weather mats, and they had only done the front ones. Comes to find out, the guy had told me wrong and the next time they told me it’s about $10 per mat or something crazy like that. I have to remind them to add my scent every time. I always have to ask for a towel to clean what they didn’t! Also it’s hot here in TX get some covers for your employees on the regular wash area, not just the detailing area!! That’s why they probably don’t do a good job, have you been working all day in the heat of TX? I rather pay $10 and do it myself in a covered area. I was just trying to save time, because I do Lyft.

One side of my car was covered in a long string of gum, and had been cooked in the heat. Thomas, and other staff members, were very kind and patient discussing my options to clean and buff it off properly. I was short on time, and they worked hard to get the job done quickly for me. Thomas took such good care of my car and did a phenomenal job… it looks good as new! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this car wash!

Julia and Thomas took the extra time in detailing my vehicle, with before and after pictures. Showed me the results and walked around the vehicle for inspection. Great customer service.

The work done on my car was great the service was great the employee's knowledge and work ethics or over the top I truly recommend this spot from a normal car wash to a full detail the service attended that check me in was amazing the store manager great more than great (MAVTC2)

This place has gone down over the years! I paid over $45 to get my car detailed and it’s still dirty. I went there yesterday 8/11/24 to get my car detailed, mind you I’ve been coming here for years. The last time I came I experienced the same issue but didn’t push it too much we all have bad days. I came yesterday and the same thing. This is ridiculous. If I pray almost $50 for a service I expect that service to be done. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to go behind and clean my car myself after paying someone to do it. DO BETTER BY SHOWING YOIR CUSTOMERS YOU VALUE THEM AND ACTUALLY GIVE THE SERVICE THAT’S PAID FOR.

I have been customer here for a while. I have my own business and they have been great detailing my cars. The entire team are hardworking and friendly. I recommend using their services. Manager Frank is always there to help you if you have any questions or concerns.

I have been coming to this location at Harwood in Bedford for last 10 years.. i like the staff at this location, they are very friendly.. but unfortunately the company keeps increasing the price.. now they have increases the basic eash to 24.99 and 29.99... This is too high for car wash... Either they need to reduce the prices or i am not coming here again...
