The phlebotomist needed 12 vials of blood. Along with a totally pain free experience, there was no bleeding afterward and the needle mark was pretty much invisible. Best experience yet.

it is very difficult to get appointment on line . walk in has to wait average 1-2 hours . not everyone is expert to operate computer. no one is available at the reception desk, inconvenient process to get appointment
