Wanna charge 40$ just to fix a button that gets stuck. Went to this other place in north richland hill and got 2 controllers fix for $21. Be careful when dealing with this folks

I took my console to these people. I'd say maybe a month ago and they kept my council for a little over a week and I took it because the image was coming up on my t. V. And? The problem was not fixed.
and if I'm not wrong I believe i paid $210 and to make things a little worse the to guys that were there never gave me a Recipt Which means if try to dispute anything I have.
No way of proof. And as far as their 30 day day warranty expires on August the 11th 2024.

Took my Series X there to be fixed as it was having a fan issue. Was given it back 3 different times saying they fixed it, all of these times I was charged $50. Xbox continues to have the same issue and when I went to ask about a refund the old dude says “let’s not be unfriendly if we don’t need to”, and tells me that if they do a refund they would be taking the console as well, which is not what I was told. Friendly crew but work is not there and old prick needs to be outta there.

Super friendly service, and turnaround was quicker than expected for a charging port replacement on my son's Switch Lite. They have a lot of cool retro video games and consoles as well.

Fixed my autistic grandsons ps4 because he accidentally put a wrong cd in there. It took a few day because they they are very busy and did the job right for under a hundred dollars!!!! Happy kiddo, happy Momma!
