How do you run a doctors office without answering any calls on any of the extensions? Avoid if you like to speak to actual staff and not just leave voicemails.

With the initial blood work ordered by Dr. Haider, he was able to put me on the right track immediately during my follow up visit.
Dr. Haider has a broader range of knowledge among most doctors I know. He's caring, assertive, smart and not hesitant with the most up-to-date resources/treatments/medications if they're suitable for the patients. I feel my needs are met and he will not sugarcoat things if they're not right for me. I respect his honesty and professionalism.

Been seeing dr . Haider for a lot of years now and he also saw my grandpa for a couple of years before he passed and he treated him so good and now with me he’s the reason why I’m now healthy and my weight is down. Dr. Haider truly cares for you and listens to everything.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. I requested to see a new doctor because Dr. Haider doesn’t listen at all. I think the spray paint he puts on his head to look like hair is seeping into his brain. He should probably just retire. This dr literally walked out on me mid sentence because they were running behind due to some computer glitches and it was his early day.
Dr. Smith is just as bad. The nurse came in and went over all my past blood work from two years ago realized they had completely gotten it wrong and did not prescribe me meds that they should have. Then she walks out and says the dr will be in shortly. Well about an hour goes by and nothing. They literally forgot I was in here waiting on them until I stuck my head to see what was taking so long. Then when they realized what they had done the dr comes in, blames the nurse for it and just tries to rush through everything as fast as he can then just runs out the room.
I will be finding a new pcp immediately.

Thank you to PCP clinic and Dr. HAIDER and Dr. SMITH, I had some serious health issues come up recently, and the wonderful staff were able to help me get a walk-in appointment that day. I was referred to the ER room, and Dr SMITH had already called ahead, and they were waiting for me . Went back for a follow-up the next day at the clinic and got all my referrals set and completed within 1 week or less time. I have been seeing Dr. HAIDER for several years now, and I have nothing to say except great things about him. Always very professional and dedicated to listening about my medical issues, both doctors have wonderful bedside humor, knowledge, and understanding of how to treat people with dignity, and diagnose your ailment. I want to say that getting an injection in my knee is not the most fun thing to do, but i wouldn't want any other doctor performing that procedure except Dr. Haider minimal discomfort, no pain, and great relief. Also I love all the staff they are very friendly, helpful and professional, and efficient. If you are looking for a local doctor, I highly recommend their clinic. I have been a repeat patient for quite a few years now, starting way back at the older office location and will continue to do so as long as they are open and practicing.

Danielle Davis is hands down the most positive experience I've had with a primary care provider is 25 years!She is authentically sweet, empathetic, engaging and most importantly, she LISTENS!Also, one of the most responsive practices I've ever experienced regarding portal questions/ concerns and the front end staff has always been delightful!

Elmer smith is a good doctor who takes the time to get to know you and work with you for your best health. The office manager Amy is really caring and sweet too.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, Dr Smith was my doctor there, his main concern is to maximize the number of his patients ( customers) as much as they can, skill as a primary care are disappointing he will put you on medication ? without even thinking about the cause of your issue, I had to insist on ordering a specific blood tests that he said it’s not necessary, when the results came out they started to care and ordered further tests, Also Lisa the lead Nurse is always busy and she’s rude and she has personal preferences towards patients! they barely pick up the phone and when they do they will take your message and nothing happens afterwards, poorly trained and inexperienced personnel and unprofessional doctors.

Dr.Haider is a Dr like no other.His bedside matter is exceptional. I left my previous Dr over 5 years because she was not assisting in my needs. My first visit with Dr.Haider he sat down and we talked and he listen.I was totally floor on how he took action and started my road to get my health back in order.I hv now recommend my son to come to Dr Haider.Dr.Haider is a scholar and a gentlemen also an outstanding Dr.If you are looking for a Dr please don't hesitate try Dr Haider also the staff is super nice and professional.I'm glad I made this change.

So far my experience with Dr Haider and staff has been FAR more positive than any other Dr in the DFW area. I actually see my DOCTOR often enough to establish a rapport with him and feel like he knows me.My previous Dr I actually only saw my ''doctor' once.If you're looking for a doctor to socialize with you, he probably isn't the one, he's busy and you can tell, but he asks all the pertinent information, and he listens to you and your reasons if you don't agree with his diagnosis.Hands down the best Dr I have found in the area ?

They seem to have changed the front staff or made some sort of changes and now it’s easy to reach the front desk, to schedule appointments, ask questions, etc. I like the online system that allows you to reach out and I like that after each visit there’s a link to review your prescriptions. Getting refills is easier too and I’m very happy with the doctors. They explain well and take good care of the patients. The nurses are also very nice too and it’s nice to be able to get blood work done in the same place if needed.
