“I've been a regular customer at Speedee for over ten years and have always received prompt, courteous service. My experience today just reinforced my opinion that this business has integrity; I had taken my car in for an oil change, but after checking my oil the technician questioned why I was wanting an oil change. He said I still had plenty of oil left and that he didn't want to charge me for a service I didn't need at this time. I thanked him for his honesty and asked if he wouldn't mind filling the air in the tires, which he did very happily. This was true community and Christmas spirit. Of course I will continue to patronize this local business.”

They take time to diagnose the problem and actually fix it not just patch it up so you have to keep coming back for the same thing. “Much more professional than the Walmart auto care center by my house. I walked into this location after work for a new battery yesterday. I have never bought a battery for my car before, much less I didn’t even know what kind of car I had exactly. Jay walked to my car and checked what kind of battery I had without any complaints. The price of the battery was less expensive than I was anticipating, and Jay and Luis installed my new battery without complaints or issues. There was no wait time. I spent about 30 minutes total at the auto care center between purchasing the battery and installation before I was sent on my way. My car is working much better now with my new battery. Thank you.”

Eli has great customer service and kept me informed of everything with my car. I love that he was honest with me and educated me on the issues with my car.
