Laundry in Bedford, TX

“I’m currently attending the “Woman Evolve 24” conference here in Arlington TX from NYC. I arrived here on an early Wednesday morning around 10am. I got my rental car and checked into the hotel then googled nearest cleaners to get a silk blouse and patent leather pleaded skirt steam to knock out the wrinkles from being folded in my suitcase & a blue jean pants suit that needed dry cleaning too. Town & Country Cleaners in Bedford was the closest cleaners near my hotel. When I got there, I was so nervous because I didn’t know if they would be able to steam my shirt & skirt on the spot (needed for 3pm luncheon). Mannnnnn listen, the lady at register was like give me a few minutes I got you. Also, she took my dry cleaning and said it would be ready the next day. Next day, I’m stuck at the conference the entire day trying to figure out when and how I can pick up my items so call the cleaners to see if they deliver. A guy picked up the phone and was like don’t worried about it, just give me the name of your hotel and I’ll drop off your items for you. I’m like wow and grateful at the same time.

I’m sorry that this is a long review but I had to explain the incredibly experience and fantastic service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt assistance in helping my dire need of assistance, impeccable. Again, thank you very much for everything.”

“Clean place. Friendly staff. Washers and dryers are always being checked by staff and wiped down. Open location. Lots of light inside when it’s dark outside. Lots of windows to let sunlight in during the day. People are friendly who are there as customers. Parking lot is clean. Lots of folding tables. Lots of roll around baskets for laundry.”

“Sonya was very helpful, as it was my first time at The Laundry Room. She keeps the machines clean and ready for use, she answers all questions and greets all upon entering. I was quite impressed with this facility and Sonya certainly is a big part of it!!! Keep up the good work!!!”

“I've been dropping shirts here weekly for a couple years. Not one single issue to report. So far, they've been perfect. I had one shirt rip one time and she showed it to me and apologized. I told her it was an old shirt and I knew it was probably going to rip in that spot (elbow) so it definitely wasn't their fault. She gave me a credit anyway. Very nice, hard working people.”

“This is hands down the best cleaners! I take my husbands work uniforms to her every week as well as all of our family's sports jerseys and she gets the stains out of everything and gets your stuff done fast! Very reasonable prices! They are also very nice! Wouldn't go to any other cleaners!!”

“So glad I found this place! Mike and his crew are amazing! Came in planning to get a few items pressed, planned on spending about $25. Mike informed me that it was the same price for pressing alone or dry cleaning, so we cleaned it all, it was fantastic, and under $20! Jacket, pants, shirts a couple ties, they all looked fantastic, and you can't beat the price! Highly recommend!”

“This laundromat was a life saver! We desperately needed help with laundry after a house fire. We walked in with the intention to spend hours doing laundry, but was offered to use their drop off service. The woman who helped us out was absolutely amazing. She accepted over 150lbs of smoky and wet clothes without batting an eye. We returned two days later to clothes that smell nice, were soft, and neatly hung or folded Into bags. The value was great. Clothes just like new for way cheaper than we expected! We will for sure be back and recommend this place to all our friends!”
