It says they open at 10:00. It is now 10:30, I have been waiting for 20 minutes. Get here early to get in quick, bad first customer experience. Was wanting to check the new store out.

Big sign says "walk-ins welcomed"I walk in was told it would be 30 minutes before she could help me (just one lady doing a pedicure) ok cool absolutely no problem, I tell her okay I'll come back. She said okay. I come back 20 minutes later still doing the same girls pedicure and chatting. Nice, empty, airy atmosphere and when I sit to wait I wait over 30 minutes. She then wraps up the pedicure and takes the girl to get a manicure.This is when I ask, excuse me you said 30, how much longer?"30 minutes" that would be a total wait time of 1hr and 30minutes.I didn't say anything else and walked out the door. Please respect your customers time, and do not take advantage of someone's patience.

Great prices is why I keep going back. Theres one nail tech that goes too thick on her dip which can lead to lifting a day or two later but I just watch and ask for more thin natural look. She has no issues fixing it. Everyones very nice and theres a discount as well as a loyalty card.Place is a little dated and I wish they offered wine but I'll keep going back. Overall happy!

Got a Groupon as a gift during Covid. I didn’t redeem in time for the promotional value but the purchase price NEVER EXPIRES. They refused to accept the voucher for its purchase price, claiming they had new owners and it wasn’t valid anymore. Beware!!

The staff were very nice but the lady who did my nails took forever. When I arrived I had to wait an extra 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then she took 2 hours to actually get my nails done. She did apologize, but just give yourself a little extra time when you go. The nail job was was just ok. They have room for improvement

I am a busy mom I do a lot of stuff around the house and on top of that I bite my nails, I had a special event to go to, I came to Pamper nails and Christine did and amazing job , I came in with man hands and left with a princess flawless hands, excellent custumer service and wonderful friendly and kind people, the kind of place you like to be loyal to.

Love this place! I came in yesterday to get a mani and pedi and the place I usual go to was closed, so I went looking for another place and found this gem! Christine was super nice and friendly as she did my nails and they look amazing! I'm going to be going here from now on!
