It’s my third time at customer service where the lady either not there or in her 30min break or closed?? She’s always not there!!
If you don’t like your job then change it

Just went to buy meat and got home, meat was bad.. smelled rotten. Immediately went back to store, they refused to give
a refund or to let us switch it.. we brought the packaging back and expected to get some fresh NOT ROTTEN meat..
they refused & were not friendly.. very poor customer service... its close to my house... i always go there if i need something quickly. Never again.. they just lost my service.. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! Terrible store !!!

Woman in customer service yesterday was very rude & lied to avoid helping me cash my money order. Called me out my name. She was clearly racist and should be fired. Don’t shop here unless you like to being treated like you’re nothing.

In the last three years this has gone in the dump. Some of the workers act like they don’t want to be there and treat some customers very rudely. One thing that bugged me was coming in on an afternoon and ZERO bags at the self checkout on a Monday afternoon(4/21) the worker just standing there not restocking. I was so impelled and I watched him do absolutely nothing knowingly there was ZERO bags. I was so impelled because the normal workers that work the self checkout wouldn’t have let that happen. Kroger do better because you looked like a Walmart.

I have had multiple rude encounters with the cashier Annabelle. But today was the last straw. I will not be shopping at that location anymore. Very condescending not helpful at all. My experience has been terrible and one to remember! I will definitely let everyone know not to come to this location and to avoid dealing with Annabella!!

Annabelle the cashier was very rude and gave poor customer service. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I was checking out and bagging my personal items.

So management obviously cannot keep enough staff on hand. My pick up was 20 minutes late. They had one guy bringing out orders, and it was supposed to be his day off. He is the only reason I'm giving a star, hire more people like him! I didn't catch his name but he was working hard, and he probably doesn't get paid enough to work that hard either. Kroger needs a big change in management. Can't wait for HEB to open.
