The employee at the flower shop named Brandi is so rude and unprofessional. Came here to buy some flowers and I had a couple questions and she was just so rude and slamming bouquets of flowers on the counter like she can't be bothered. When i tried to get her attention she rolled her eyes and said she's busy marking down flowers. And whispered saying something to herself. I'm not gonna stoop down to her level. So I just left ended up not purchasing anything. Just another miserable person unhappy with her job. No one needs her negative energy. Flower arrangement. How hard can it be? Lol July 6 2023. 2:45 pm

My doctor called in a prescription. The female pharmacist decided that she didn't agree with the dosage my doctor recommended. Keep in mind that I have been with this doctor for many years and he knows me well. He is a respected physician and surgeon and is one of the owners of surgical center and is in practice with 4 other physicians. I received a call from the male pharmacist last night, and he said "the dosage is correct" and he would process. So I had to call the doctor myself and ask him to call. When he spoke to the pharmacist she told him she didn't feel "comfortable" filling it because she felt it was too high a dose. Texas law disagrees with what just happened to me. The pharmacist has decided she is now a doctor and has her medical degree it seems. My doctor asked her where she was getting her information and she couldn't provide an answer. He informed her of the research and studies to back up the dosage and she said "it's my license on the line". Really? Since when? So if you want a pharmacist that believes she knows more than a medical professional then Kroger on Central Dr. in Bedford is where you should go. Personally I won't trust this lady ever again.

This pharmacy is a disaster. Younger employees have attitude if you have a question or need help then continue to carry a conversation with each other while “helping you”. This last time however I received my prescription in a ziploc bag… as in my pills in a ziploc sandwich bag.

Every time you call it is " please hold". Don't matter the time. Then no one comes to the phone after that. I see below someone complained about the same issue, nothing has been done yet, meaning they don't care. Daytime techs are very notorious for that.The techs can be rude too. Another issue if you're on some not so popular meds, they will NEVER have it, even if they can see you got 10 refills every 28 days. Mind you they see you their each month to get that same medication. You have to call then they order it. Then it takes another 2-3 days to get it. I am wondering how they're still in business. CVS here I come!!

An OK store. I have been at other Krogers and this is not the worst but definitely not the nicest. They still have the items you need at the prices you expect.

The pharmacy cut me off while I was trying tk and him a question. I’ve never been treated so bad by a Pharmacist in my life. It left me crying. I’m moving all prescriptions and all my family and extended family said they will follow suit. That man is a terrible terrible person. He should be fired and I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Pharmacist is very nice. He took the time to explain several medications to me. I never have a problem filling prescription here. All the techs I've met are patient and kind.
