Staff doesn’t pay attention to take your order. Stood for 10 minutes unacknowledged to be told that it would be another 13 minutes after my pick up time. The orders are never on time and the service is bad.

The chicken was awful. I didn’t know you could dry out chicken to this extent. Same for the biscuits and fries.It had to be more than one day old probably 2+I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me.

worst ever!!!! walked in asked for dark meat the kid behind the counter said we have none!! I said this is KFC yes you do! ALl they had done was breast and wings! 4 other people had to wait! worst place ever I will not go back and I posted on Facebook about it to!! Don't waist your money! We waited over 30 minutes for are order! The other customers had to wait! AND NO THEY WASNT BUSY AT ALL!! PLUS THE LADY COOKING ATE FRIES ? OUT OF THE HOLDING CASE! NO GLOVES ON AT ALL! She seen I was upset! She also seen me see her eat out of the fry been! I hope the company sees my post! Because this is crazy bad!!!!

If all you can speak is English DO NOT go here the manager speaks Spanish only and they don't carry wings according to the new girl that just moved here. I question it but she told me no wings they stop making them. I thought that to be strange so I called the one at Hardwood and they did have them. It is the hot wing they are going to discontinue. So if you want good service from a KFC go to the one on Hardwood

Girl working the drive through had no idea what she was doing. We asked multiple times if they had our full order and she was adamant that it was correct. We receive our food and we're missing an entree. There was a huge line behind us so we pulled around to go inside. Not only were we not given a receipt but the lobby was locked during business hours with no signage. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Food good but looked like nothing. Service lacking at this spot just as other reviews have stated. I don't even work fast food but i can't stand when people pull up and immediately start ordering or saying HELLLOOOOO not respecting that they may need a moment before they acknowledge you. They could possibly be helping a customer at the window. You can't tell from the speaker at this location so when I pulled up I knew what i wanted but waited for them to greet me. I didn't have a timer set but I had waited so long to the point where I thought maybe they were closed even though it was 1pm so I finally said helloooo... no response. I waited probably another 10 seconds and said are you open... is anyone there? 2 people finally came on the speaker. They both apologized. I don't know what the what they were doing but it was ridiculous. There were now 3 other cars behind me at that point. Also when I pulled around there was no one at the window either. So I don't know what was going on.

Went almost an hour after they are supposed to be open and the door was closed. I knocked on the door to see if someone would attend me and they just ignored me. Excellent work.

@10:37pm 1/10/23 waited in drive thru to pickup uber eats order for them to say KFC closed. It wasn't 11pm!

Just got DoorDash to deliver a 3 piece chicken strip dinner for my granddaughter. It arrived with only two strips. My attempt to call and report this error resulted in being hung up on without a word three times. Pretty poor service for a KFC

I’ve had great experiences at this taco bell & kfc , the employees and cashier are so polite and friendly , they are committed to great service as well. The atmosphere is awesome , most importantly every food and drink on the menu taste great!
