Two words. Go elsewhere. JDs made excuses for the delays in getting repairs done. JDs blamed the delay on the Warranty company for being impossible to reach. JDs (Gina and the mechanic) said the Warranty company told them in a second phone call the repairs were not covered.After almost 3 days, we got the vehicle back. $125 diagnostic, almost $500 in repairs, and the check engine light has come back on.I called the Warranty company and the "impossible to reach", and "difficult to work with Warranty company" (JDs words), and reached them in a single phone call. Had a professional on the line after a less than 5-minute hold. I was told (a) JDs had called once and not called back with the information requested (b) yes, the Warranty did cover the repairs I described once approved - but no approval had been given because JDs had never returned the call with the information needed.The shop does not open until, 9 "or sometimes 10", their inspection machine is broken, and they blame everything that is not going well on someone else. Hey, I own I saw enough red flags early on to start a flag business, and I chose to use them anyway because of their proximity to my home. That foolish decision is on me.This review is not for me. Quoted one price and I get there then he says I have to pay $79 more um no. That’s why I called for a quote that took like 10 min to give on hold. Then he had the nerve to be rude etc so I just left and 5 min paid a place a fraction of the cost he was. They charged $180 n he was charging $250 plus $79. Be honest and not a deceiver. You’re the mechanic if someone asks for a quote you know what all entails in the repair do include it. Don’t bamboozle someone when they get there and have the nerve to be rude also.

1st... open hours is incorrect. Says online open at 8am. Front door says 8:30am. Tried to rent cruise America RV and they are very confused about my reservation. JD Garage also said that cruise America customer service is not good.Called about my RV reservation 2 days ago to JD Garage and cruise America no one called me back. So I drove to JD's Garage to see what's going on and all I got was confusion. Cruise America didn't even have notes on my call 2 days ago. Not confident in either company, let alone, being on the road and have problems with said RV. This has screwed up our whole 4th of July week long vacation. Hard to find any good service these days.

I was highly impressed with the knowledge of Dash (the Manager) He's a true A/C specialist. I had gone to another shop two different times trying to get it fixed and the other shop had no clue what was wrong with my A/C. Not only did he find the problem and fix it he also had me come back after 24 hours to check it to make sure there we no leaks. I saw other customers being taken care of as I waited. The price was fair and they are very reliable. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The owner of this place needs to get control of the RV rental situation with Cruise America . The employees are wonderful and super accommodating. They went above and beyond and listened to all of our complaints very patiently. This review is NO reflection on the employees. But the owner needs to be more aggressive with Cruise America and advocate for their customers.

I have been coming here for awhile and then stopped. I went back and they have a new person there and it has been horrible since. The jobs that are supposed to be done are not. Everytime he does my car I come back with in a week because it’s not fixed. I also have been waiting on a hose for about 2/3 weeks and still haven’t got it out on my car, something that I already paid for. Not going back. Will be asking for a refund.Services: General repairs & maintenance

It is one of the worst places to do business. There is this old man in the office who is racist. They are there just to get the free load of money on the expense of other. Please never ever go to this place for RV. If you check everything when before you leave, like, dump, water, and electricity. Nothing works, and they overcharge for everything.

I've been coming to this auto shop since I got my first car almost 6 years ago and Have never had issues. Suddenly they have this new older man working there and the same courtesy and respect I received isn't there. They bumped up the price of an oil change from $45 to $65 with no sign to indicate the change and without telling customers until the service has already been done. Very poor experience and poor customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the car towed there at noon, they were done by 3:00 PM awesome work, excellent piece. And with the complicated work, that was a heck of a job. I would recommend JD Auto repair to anyone. Great work fellas!Services: Engine repair

I was going to take my car in to get my breaks done and an oil change. I was talking to a man on the phone and asked about the service. I was trying to set up an appointment but the man interrupted me and said, "I'm busy hold on or call back". Very rude! Me setting up an appointment would have taken all of 5min. "Can you please hold one moment"? That would have been better than just interrupting me mid sentence telling me "I'm busy hold on or call back". It's a way to talk to customer service especially a potential new customer. Will be taking my business to a shop that knows customer service.

I've gone to the mechanics here a few times, and they always do a great job. They answered my questions, and figure out the problem no matter what it takes. When all the lights came on in my car despite it running fine, they worked on it for two weeks before taking it to the dealership for me and figuring out it was a factory mistake. All I had to pay for was the part itself. Highly recommend these guys!
