I started going to FirsTax in 2020 when Philip Alg owned the company. Since then David did my taxes and it was awesome getting together every year and catching up on family, etc like old friends. I admit I skipped a few of the past years but my taxes are not that difficult and it didn't take long to do of which I was very appreciative but I felt things were off. And I was right. There were several inconsistencies between Davids calculations and the IRSs. And instead of being filed electronically my taxes were mailed in which took longer to process and I incurred a higher interest amount due. I attempted to contact David several times via email, text, and phone. I spoke with Shelby who said she would give David the message. He told me the building was sold and he was moving but would still continue to tax work but four months later I still have not heard from him and do not expect too. I have been trying to wing this tax problem myself staying on the phone daily and up to 7 hours everyday going to the IRS office for resolution but I don't know what I'm doing and that's why I hired him. In the past I have recommended him to everyone I know and have given him 5 stars. With this I would have given anyone else -10 stars but only because of past performance he gets three. I know you can do better David.

Bill and I started going to Phil when he started this business! He was amazing! We went to him many years and he became a friend! Just the best! When he was planning to retire he said David and Daniel can do everything I’ve done! He was right! David and Daniel have been great! These 2 young men are the best! We highly recommend them.

I've been going to firstax since 1997. I've used Daniel,David and even Phil before he retired. They have saved me more money and worry Than I can believe. Absolutely the best there is.

We have been going to FIRSTAX for years and always happy with their tax preparation service. Everyone in the office is super friendly and knowledgeable of current and new tax laws. While I use to make an appointment to go in for an hour visit, I now drop off my receipts and tax information off and Daniel gets it done. I go back and sign the papers and in about 5 days my refund is in my checking about. We don't have complicated taxes so it might be different for you. I really like the tax package they give you at the end, everything is organized in one nice folder and then filed away once I get home. For me I like less stress and FIRSTAX removes the stress of filing your taxes. Give them a try!

Daniel and David have been doing my taxes for over 10 years and I love these guys!! Very nice, personable, and thorough!!! I tried Turbo Tax one year and was getting $19 back but decided to take to them and got back over $1000. Turbo tax is a cookie cutter approach and it doesn't apply to everyone's situation. First Tax is the way to go!!!

This place is amazing! So fast, so effficient and so very helpful. Call them and get your appointment early though because they fill up fast! I was extremely impressed and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
