I LOVE VICTORIA HERRERA SHE'S A VERY EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE WORKER SHE MAKES MY DAY EVERYTIME I SEE HER AT THE BANK. NON-$HALANT!!! AND EVERY TIME I LOSE MY PASSWORD ? According to back policy you can’t break $20 bills unless you have an account. I thought the more services a bank tends to give customers the more apt to customers banking with you. Don’t worry I took my business to Wells Fargo who gave me change without having an account and guess what, since receiving such great customer service, I switched my banking to Wells Fargo. Also, you probably should make a sign for customers of Walmart that you don’t do business with them unless u have an account. I’m never doing business with you.

Ana Armentas, the supposed Assistant Branch Manager is just as RUDE as can be!! She called me to her station, looking a hot mess, like she had just rolled out of bed. She wasn’t even done with the previous customers’ transaction because i waited there until she was done finalizing that transaction. So I know someone cashed a check for $1500...very unprofessional of her because that concerns me On whether my personal information will be revealed to the next person in line! After that, she pulls out her cell phone and checks a text message! THEN, she finally takes my transaction and doesn’t even look at me or say thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING!! The gentleman that is the Branch Manager there would NEVER let this happen. HE is the reason why I go to this branch, so I just won’t go there unless I see him. Ms. Ana needs a refresher on professional appearance and decorum if she is to remain as the assistant manager of any establishment. Truly disappointing that she behaves this way when she runs the busI need.
