Chris is dishonest & crooked. Kept my Apple 13”inch computer & charged me 245.00 for repair. I took it home & it didn’t work, would not give a refund. Took it back & he kept it. Door is always locked (checked 50 times) & wont return calls. Don’t throw your $ down the drain. Stay clear of this cheating dishonest man. One time he said to me “you know I’m good for it”. No good cheating con man with a smile. It’s been over a year now, guess I’ll go to small claims court.Don’t trust a demon.

Wish I could put a zero. These guys have had my grandsons computer for almost a year. We call and go by the store no one is ever there. The shop next door said people come all day looking for them. I guess I need to file theft charges. Really all we want is the computer back. It’s a gaming computer he got for Christmas and all they had to do was put a new screen on it. If we ever get I’ll never go there again and advise everyone not to.

I paid 245.00 out of debit card for repair, got Home & Screen never turned on. He never teturn my money & kept my Apple 13 inch computer. Tried for over a year going by businless, but door always locked). He blocked my # & will not answer phone. He is very dis honest.

Unreliable is still too good. Installed a new hard drive in my laptop and now 3 months later, it has quit again. Tried to go by there and the doors are locked. Kept calling over and over, no answer and messages are full. It has been 3 days now and the same thing. Thought i would check with one of the other Express Computer Repair places listed on his door to see what happen. There gone too. I hope you don't have a computer there locked up and unable to get. I bit the bullet and taken computer to another shop to be repaired. Just looked and some reason it shows me in CA. Not, No Way. Bedford TX.

My husband just left a scathing review regarding their inability to install a cpu last year( that he literally just did himself in 15 mins -taught himself ) .....and the review is magically gone. He also said when he went into the back with with Chris, Chris was trying to straighten pins he'd damaged on another customer's cpu...These guys are to computer repair the way your neighbor is to an actual mechanic. Zero skill and will over charge you for simple things like data transfers or break a component on your device. DO NOT BRING THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

I went here just 3 weeks ago for a software issue. I knew I needed a windows boot drive as my anti-virus program deleted one of my important windows files that it said was infected with trojan. So I couldn't log into windows anymore... I bring my laptop to Chris thinking I just need the windows boot to replace my missing file or at most reinstall windows..However Chris thinks I have a hardware issue and that his 20 years of experience tells him he needs to open my laptop and test my hard drive.. ?Turns out it was a software issue like I said but now my laptop is in worst physical condition than it was before going there.. screws are missing and I have to hold my laptop a certain way to open/close it now... which I didnt have to do before all because he wanted to open it up..Save your money and go somewhere else.

I took my computer in around 25FEB2022. I finally got it returned 07MAY2022. Though the gentlemen running the place is knowledgeable, he doesn't have the time or staffing to adequately work on any consumer walk-ins. His business is focused on the corporate clients he has. When he is out, it is near impossible to get any response. I left numerous messages and hardly received any updates. During those times, this place will be vacant and inaccessible. Paid his diagnostics fee and left with my computer. I just wanted to be out of there as quickly as possible. After unloading, I noticed that he hadn't given me the panel to the case. I'm not going back for it.
