I can not speak highly enough of this Boutique. I had gotten my dress from a different shop that had unfortunately ordered me a dress three sizes too big. As I shopped around for alterations, Elizabeth Lee Bridal was the quickest to get back to me. Their customer service is amazing, I had to reschedule a couple appointments and was able to text Theresa and she promptly got everything taken care of for me. I was so nervous about getting my dress altered and how it would look after, however Uyen did an absolutely amazing job! She was so open and receptive to all of my feedback and so patient (I can be a little particular). Everyone was so kind and friendly it was truly an amazing experience! I am in awe with how beautiful my dress turned out and will add photos after the wedding.

I had the BEST experience yesterday! This was the first place I went dress shopping at. The girls were so professional! my stylists name was Hailey I think. She listened to every request I made and helped me narrow down my decision! I found THE DRESS and even got to name it!! This is the most amazing bridal boutique and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANY BRIDES WANTING THE BEST EXPERIENCE

My dress was beyond stunning! Everyone was wonderful to work with and the whole process was great. I did not even have an appointment, I was going with my sister in law to help her pick a dress. They were happy to help me as well and I am so grateful especially because I should have started dress shopping much earlier. I’ve always known that I didn’t want a traditional wedding dress, so having a dress made made completely custom was perfect. I was able to pick different pieces of each of the dresses that I liked and make a dress that I absolutely loved. It was great to have input every step of the process. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The dress turned out so much better than I could have imagined!!

First off let me say the experience from the start was great. However on the day of my fitting everything seemed good. When I first got my sketch it was beautiful. When my dress was finally ready it didn’t fit and didn’t match the glamour of the sketch I approved nor the length at where the tulle started. So I had to pay another $500 to get a bustle (on top of the 5k I paid for the dress and another $500 for the veil)( so today was a little over 6k) and some of the tulle taken out bc it was way too much. On the fitting after they added the bustle and took out the tulle it seemed like they had fixed all the issues, but again, they only “secured it” and didn’t fully pull it together so of course all seemed well. Fast forward to our wedding day. Once my mother and bridesmaids fully put me in it and tied the corset I started having issues. The breast area kept coming down. The sides were not fitted right at the bottom (shown in my first kiss) (which I kept having to pull up bc the quality of the front was coming down and pulling) (my groom had to hide my chest the entire wedding)We tried different bras and sticky cups and NOTHING worked. I cannot believe I walked down the aisle with a 6k purchase and it didn’t fit well. This is NOT quality work, nor are they even trying to fix it or refund any of it, they chose to ignore my calls. I hardly ever write reviews but man, when you have your dream wedding and your fiancé says go pick out a dress this stinks. The sketch that I approved didn’t match the final product. The dress was pretty but not the quality for 5k plus all the extras. I would save your money and go somewhere you can actually get the quality you deserve. I will post pics. The breast area actually fell down during my first dance revealing my chest and nipple. I was mortified and my photographer ran to my rescue to let me know. Save your money and I hope this review helps someone from having a disaster from one of the most important pieces of the wedding. You can find better quality for much cheaper. Sketch was the one I wanted vs a 5k dress falling down. The bustle was so cheap it actually broke ($500) so I had to hold this long train and my chest up ALL night. So disappointed. Over 6k man brings me to tears.

If you want the dress of your dreams with zero pressure; This is the place.My first experience finding a dress at a DIFFERENT bridal shop was very stressful. It was like how you see in the movies where you’re being shamed at a store for not being able to afford a 10k dress and pushed into things you don’t want.My experience with Elizabeth Lee was vastly different. Theresa has an incredibly calm demeanor and is exemplary. She respected my dress budget which gave me a LOT of options and I didn’t feel cheated. My completely custom dress was still within my budget. Don’t let someone tell you that you can’t have what you deserve. Elizabeth Lee will give you what you want and it’s all affordable and beautiful.My actual appointment was lovely and Theresa made me not miss my mom so much (she passed away last year) and helped me pick what I wanted without the influence of a bridal party. I felt really beautiful in all her selections and she paid attention to my feedback as we narrowed down what my ideal dress was like. When we pulled THE dress, she got a mantilla for me to try and that was such a blessing for me. Many bridal stores don’t carry them and Elizabeth Lee does. They have everything for every kind of bride and personality and I felt beautiful for the first time in my life.I got a little nervous and went in a week later to try my dress on with an over skirt and Theresa was just wonderful. I had to bring my little boy in and he was welcomed and loved on. I’ve been a single mom for many years and having a special needs child welcomed anywhere, especially a bridal store is not so common.I really felt like my happily ever after started with this experience and I can’t wait to start my new beginning in the dress of my dreams thanks to this wonderful place and woman. If you want to be treated respectfully and have what you deserve. This is the place.

I never went into this store to physically try on a dress. I had called in to see if they had floor length or tea length size dresses since I was looking (last minute) for a reception dress. Cheyenne went out of her way to look and text me pictures of the ones they did have so I didn't have to make the trip.If their customer service is this amazing over the phone, I can't imagine coming in and actually trying on a dress! Highly recommend!

First off, the dress was STUNNING! But was really disappointed in the entire “custom” process with the amount of money that was spent to begin with.Unfortunately my dress was too big. I did one fitting (the day we purchased the dress) it took 13 months to get, which that wasn’t a problem at all, but I had actually gained weight rather than losing weight and was really concerned the dress would be too small. Until the day I picked up my dress, everything was about an inch too big :/ an inch too big in the entire waste/bust area, the neckline, and also the length. So I had to pay to get alterations done, which I was under the impression from the beginning that it was measured to my body and would not need to get any alterations at all. I also had to get taller shoes last minute bc it was still too long after altering the neckline area, (which would’ve been another $650 just to shorten the length, not including the neckline (only) alterations that were $600)Thankfully the seamstress gave great advice on taping the dress to my body on the wedding day to have it fit better.All in all the ONLY thing I would recommend is getting more than one measurement through out the time of them making your dress to make sure you get that perfect fit. And yes, if I had to do it all over again, I would 100% purchase my dress here!!

I highly recommend Elizabeth Lee Bridal. My mom and I came into this store after I had tried on over 100 dresses. We were stressed at the time because my wedding was less than 6 months away and I still hadn't chosen a dress. This was the last store of the day. We almost walked straight back out. The store was beautiful and looked expensive but to our surprise was right in line with other stores and dresses we had looked at. The owners, Wendy and her husband were there to help us. They made me and mom feel comfortable. Their own designs were more beautiful than any of the other dresses we had seen. We ended up choosing a dress and veil that day.

Elizabeth Lee Bridal was so beautiful! The atmosphere and ambience was elegant and sophisticated. Theresa was amazing at finding dresses that matched my style and explaining the detail on them. I didn't end up choosing a dress here, but I would definitely recommend to any future bride!

Elizabeth Lee Bridal was a dream! I went for my first appointment and had such a wonderful experience. They have the most beautiful dresses that are completely customizable if you want to make changes to any designs. Teresa was also very respectful of my budget and dress desires which I appreciated a lot. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible dress and experience!
