Worse company to work for. Little to no training for company procedures. President Wes, always scheduled for meeting with new hires but will cancel each time. WFH positions, will call you at 3am about pending loans. Do not payout as promised. List goes on!! Shady business. Run!!!!

Working with Tory and his team at Efinity mortgage was truly a breeze. They did such an amazing job at getting the grunt work done so that we didn’t have to worry about anything and could enjoy the home buying experience. Tori and his team not only helped me through a very hard situation with Megatel homes. They also took care of me through the process. Answering every question I had and even making calls on my behave. This is the only company I will ever use to buy property and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were the only light I had in a dark building process. Highly recommend.

Hands down the worst financial transaction I've had I years. Uncaring, impatient, and condescending from start to finish. I get them when you work for the mortgage broker you don't get to pick what company your mortgage is with, but in this instance run far away from these people.

Sylvia was so helpful, she walked us through refinancing our house. She was able to find us a very good deal, cut our mortgage loan in half, not only that we went from a 4% interest rate to a 2.5 %. That help us so much and receive a great monthly payment. I highly recommend Sylvia, refinance process was smooth and on time as promise.

I am currently experiencing the same lack of service, very similar to another reviewer. I've never seen a lender as the cause for a deal to fall apart but Tory spends more time on excuses than working on my transaction. We had ~45 day escrow and we've not only missed our closing date but he can't provide any realistic guidance on when he might wrap up his part of the deal and allow us a new closing date. Total lack of urgency and consideration for other people's lives. Allow your office to help if you're having issues. Don't make that your clients problem! Never again with Efinity Mortgage. Don't spend your time, money, or frustration here.

Outstanding service team. Highly recommend Efinity! They were helpful and set clear expectations for everything I needed to provide. We even closed a week early on my REFI! They beat the mortgage rate of my current mortgager and also two other banks I do business with. We even got this awesome cutting board and coffee mugs as a gift after closing!
