I thought I'd shed some light on the situation and mention that the gentleman is an excellent employee! “I love this Dollar General because they have everything I need and the price is great. When I say I live below my means on purpose oh I mean that!! I shop at four stores: HEB, Dollar General, Walmart sometimes, and Target when I treat myself I brought all my detergent and dryer sheets from here! I am on my second container and Sundays& Mondays are Laundry Days no exceptions. I love driving across town coming here and stocking up on products✌?I used to lived in this area before moving one of my colleagues lives in the area also. Small world!! “Well organized store! Customer service is excellent!! I purchased a 16 cup storage container & forgot a lid. I no longer had my receipt & returned to the store to purchase the lid if necessary, but the manager Ken was nice enough to let me have the lid, no cost. It’s my favorite store! ?Dolllar Tree in NRH!”

“So many bargains. I used to go in with a firm grasp on how much money I would spend. Today I spent $35 and liked it. Nice to find these stores when they have people working hard to keep the shelves full instead of a store that has all of it's merchandise still in boxes on a cart clogging the aisles. Even though I spent too much today I will go back to the store that offered a better run shopping experience.”
“There are two ladies that have the best customer service in the world!!! Rose and the other young lady that worked on Sat 9/30/23 the morning shift. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience in any other dollar general, I live closer to a different one, but from yesterday going forward I will only go to that one off New York and park row . I did get the ladies name , but unfortunately I can’t find it now. I hope the general manager sees this and knows those two young ladies makes that store worth the gas and time just driving there. “Visited this location for the first time. Went on the hunt after seeing an item I wanted via YouTube. Stopped here after some other locations. They have the most extensive stationary/office supply section I've ever seen from any DT location. . . and yep I found exactly what I needed and then some. Oh my...how in the world did I spend $30.00 when I only came to spend about five. Ha!”

“I have been visiting all of the Dollar General's in my area to see what all the hype is about. I see folks on YouTube stacking coupons and saving money.I have visited this store a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the store is a bit chaotic. The home decor aisle has rugs on the ground so it's hard to push a cart through. Other aisles are blocked by carts. It's messy. I was able to find what I was looking for, however I did notice that not all of the toys are in the toy aisle. They're at the top of the shelves across the store.I ended up doing a return after not correctly reading a receipt and the staff was helpful about it.”

“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”

“I always go to this store bc it's near my house. Today I went in to get a couple things I needed. One in which was a grabber (my daughter broke the other one I got from there.) Anyways I get up to checkout & I didn't realize there wasn't a tag. So the cashier ask another cashier how much it was (which it's $1.25) and he goes oh we don't sell those & hung it near a stack of other grabbers by the front office. I know for a fact they sell them there bc I got it there (not this location but another location.) Anyways so I go to another near my house & low & behold they have them on the selling floor. It's their little tool bench brand. So I guess next time if you find something without a tag maybe find another one with a tag or they won't sell it to you. Here's a picture of the item.”
