Totally dropped the ball. Brought in my Mazda to have two new tires replaced. I arrived around 11 am . I called to check the status they told me it had been ready. So I show up and it had not been worked on and didn’t know why. I can only blame management on this one.

Just had a tire repair done . Though it was busy they were professional and had me ready to go and back on the road before the time they had estimated!

Service just isn’t there anymore. Wanted me to wait 30 to 45 minutes just to get my tire aired up???? Rediculous!!! Went to Firestone a block up the street and they did it immediately.
Last time I went to Discount they wanted to charge me $400 to mount and balance 4 tires that I bought online. Crazy money. Had them done at another tire shop for $100.
That’s my last trip to DT!!!

Got my tires aired up. Actually they had too much air. So I’m good to go for awhile. Update: one star now. The place is going down hill. They no longer check air at the outside kiosk. They make you come in and discuss with you. As a senior this is very difficult and frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Julian and the rest of the staff at this location. Not only did they make a mistake in replacing the wrong tires, but their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the error is a shame. I am now left with the same issue I came in to fix. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. It is clear that this location does not prioritize customer satisfaction or quality service. 2 days of work lost as well as a few hundred dollars.

Lack of professionalism at its finest, basically said they would not look at my wheel because of a simulated beadlock on a Ford Raptor Wheel. You a large company that doesn’t have the capability of having the tools to do so, why are you doing business. Anything to not work… people no longer have work ethic or the means to actually work without a hand out. 0 of 0 of my experience wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my Infiniti in for a new passenger rear tire because it had a nail in it. After they replaced my tire, my pressure sensor light for that tire would not turn off. It kept blinking, then would go off, then back on. I thought it had to be reset by the dealership. After taking it to the dealership, they said that my PASSENGER REAR TPMS was BROKEN! I had to pay $414 to get it replaced and reprogrammed. Needless to say, expensive lesson to learn for the 1 tire replacement. I do not recommend this place if you have a car that’s higher end with sensors because it may get damaged!

The actual service as well as customer service has REALLY gone downhill over the past several years. They've gotten SUPER arrogant too. And when they just don't like your questions they don't hesitate to tell you to "go somewhere else, there are PLENTY of places right around here that can help you."
So I have ?
Don't waste your time here. They don't care anyways.

The short, Hispanic-looking guy, I think his name was Julian? He was utterly revolting. Not only did he make inappropriate comments, but he had the audacity to tell me to meet him after work for a "discount," since it was Discount Tire, and then he had the nerve to wink at me. His behavior was beyond repulsive and unprofessional. It made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. I can't believe someone like that is employed there. I will never, ever be coming back! This place needs to address such horrendous behavior immediately.
