Pharmacy tech Awad was Patient, professional, informative, and eager to assist. He did not rush me off the phone when I was asking about my prescription. He even asked me if there was anything else that he could help me with. Pharmacist have a very busy schedule, so I appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions and not making me feel like I was being rushed. I wish there were more people like him. People like Awad, keeps customers coming back? He is at 601 N. Industrial Blvd. pharmacy. Thank you again.

Soft drink selection is like a third world country! Step it up on the supply chain, please! Also, get rid of the self-checkouts! That's not my job! If the live cashier's go, than so do I! Think about it.

Girls pretending to ‘ restock ‘ makeup products as I’m waiting for someone at the register to enter cash into my bank account for more than 5 minutes. Was very visible to the girl, didn’t bother to acknowledge me at all even though I know she could see me, she didn’t even try to get someone to help me. Also employee likes to punch in her own number under my transactions to earn ‘ points ‘ she thinks people don’t know when she tears off the end of the receipt but clearly there’s an attached email that does not correspond to me. People need to be more aware of the surroundings or at least show some kind of interest to keep their job.

The handful of times i got my prescription here, i always have to say my name, DOB 2 or more times and every time i ALWAYS have to wait 20+ minutes when i should have easy pick up because I call it in to make sure it be ready when i come to pick it.

I love this location. I understand the pharmacy business as I worked in the industry my entire career. When I go to this location, they give me a promise time and the prescription is always ready by that time. If I have an acute prescription called in such as an antibiotic, they notify me and have it ready in an hour. I never have to call them and ask them to expedite, they just take care of it. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. Since switching from Walgreens, I've had no issues.

My issue is primarily with billing in conjunction with a Minute Clinic visit inside of this CVS store. My wife went in for a TB test last December which was required for a meditation type retreat in Northern California. I paid cash in full for the visit and now, out of the blue, I'm getting an email wanting an extra $60 for that visit nearly two months later. How is it you pay cash (no insurance involved) for a service, and they come back two months later demanding ($60) more money? Check the reviews on this CVS and you will probably agree they have a multitude of issues going on.

I visit often CVS for my needs at industrial blvd and I always experience above and beyond. Associates are really courteous and professional and good listeners. It is the best pharmacy in neighborhood

I showed up 15 minutes past my Covid test appointment and they cancelled my appointment and refuses to service me. Horrible service from drive thru pharmacy to minute clinic going to Walgreens.

Trulicity prescription not filled since Dec 4th - saying they ordered but not getting it. Transferred prescription to another location who said supplier had it in stock and would have it tomorrow. 1. This location apparently can’t look up supplier info and order correctly 2. Obviously is lying about being able to get the drug

I am a local physician and I had the most unprofessional and rude experience at this CVS trying to pick up a medicine (paying cash). The pharmacy tech and the the head pharmacist were arrogant, rude and unhelpful. I discussed things with the Manager on shift but I got a lot of lip service and I suspect nothing will change. It was stunning to think my patients go through this. I will NEVER prescribe at this CVS.

Made appointment for a shot at 3. They were behind and skipped me for the 3:15 appointment. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. Highly unprofessionalUpdate: Went in for a perscription today and was told they would call my name in 15 minutes - 45 minutes later, no one calls my name - I then have to wait in line a 2nd time while they allow boomers to cut in line for pick-up. Worst Pharmacy Service
