I tell you what, I'm going to bite my tongue while writing this review. I had the hardest time with this pharmacy, it helped me understand why many people do not favor CVS (pharmacy). I take a medication that is currently on backorder, CVS was the only one who had it in stock. Because of that, they had to reach out to my pharmacy to transfer my prescription. I got there around 10 a.m. (Friday) and was told it will take several hours and I could pick it up, that evening. This was said to me by the pharmacist, he even stated where I was in line of transfers.I went to pick up my medication, it wasn't transferred after being told it would be ready that evening. The pharmacist who was working that evening, was very rude and acted as if she couldn't be bothered. It was forty minutes prior to them closing, she could have contacted my pharmacy and completed the transfer while I waited. While the pharmacist went on her rant about how busy it was, I called my pharmacy to see if they could just take my phone and complete the transfer that way, not even that worked. The pharmacist then went on to say I could contact their 24 hours pharmacy and have them transfer and fill there; she really didn't want to be bothered. Who would think, you doing your job is you being bothered. Find a new a new job! I called the next day (Saturday) to see if it had been transferred, guess what? No, it still had not been transferred. I was livid at this point, the young lady I spoke to listened to me and had it transferred and filled, within 40 minutes. I really wish I remember her name; she is the reason I gave them two stars, and not one. This was a horrible experience; I really hope my medication is in stock with my regular pharmacy next time, I never want to deal with CVS again!

I had to go to the pharmacy 3 times for 1 prescription. It seems like a disorganized and unprofessional work environment.

The pharmacy staff are overwhelmed and show it. They make me feel worse than I feel when picking up 10+ prescriptions. Rude comments on the quantity are just that, RUDE! It doesn't matter that I spend (or my insurance company) $1500 a month on my scripts, no appreciation of the business. They wait on drive thru first before attending to line of customers inside the store. Don't even get me started about their App, it's down often and is very slowly updated. Store inventory is hit or miss compared to other CVS locations. They always want you to self checkout but their systems do not function easily. Forget it if you're using a coupon. Check out what others are also saying here... not great. You'd think some upper level managers would try to make this store better but they obviously don't. I guess CVS is trying to complete your medical experience by being a complete "pain" to visit...

They aren't very helpful. They seem really busy and short staffed. I highly recommend Albertsons pharmacy on airport fwy and Bedford road for really good friendly service. Walgreens is better as well.

I waited in the drive through line today, with 2 cars in front of us. When it was our turn, they had closed the window shade and went to lunch. It seems that they should post where customers can see that they cannot pick up prescriptions between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. It was an inconvenience. I will personally go elsewhere.

Came to pick up my UPS package. The female manager told me she couldn't pull my package out of her a**, not kidding. It was sitting on the shelf, she had a terrible attitude and was unwilling to help me. 02/04/2023 @ 1743.

Worst pharmacy i've ever encountered. Seriously don't think these employees deserve a paycheck or this company deserves any business. Go anywhere else. You've been warned.

They were helpful over the phone and in person (turns out they needed my insurance card updated). Really nice building and clean looking!

Such a worst place to do your covid test. The lady is super rude and lack proper manner. I wont recommend anyone to do the covid test there. Such a worst professionalism by the white lady sitting inside the white box.

What a joke! This store is terrible! They have passport photo signs everywhere yet they say they don't do them. This store has the worst employees who don't give a crap about those shopping there. Transferring my RX elsewhere.

Horrible CVS. There is one in N. Arlington that is nicer, & I think one in Bedford that's also nicer, & much better. This one is always empty shelves & delays.

I seriously wondered how a CVS could possibly get all the way down to one star. You'd think a chain store like this would have enough QA in the background to maintain a solid three. Nope.For its location, you'd think this store would be a higher priority for CVS as a whole, but it wouldn't appear as such. Long lines, out of stocks and tired surly employees are the norm.We've never had a prescription available the day it was sent over here. They always have to "order it." Very odd since locations in much lower volume areas do a far better job. The last two times we've been in this CVS, the pharmacy has been closed during published pharmacy hours because of "lack of staff." No apology, nothing, just a shrug of the shoulders. They may as well remove the word pharmacy from the building.Another issue is frequent out of stocks. Their shelves are regularly bare and you definitely can't come in counting on leaving with what you needed.The staff tends to be uninterested and seems constantly overworked. Definitely do not project a United customer friendly front.There's a Walgreens just up the street. Do yourself a favor and skip CVS.
