Dropped off 3 shirts to be pressed, they used zero starch. My white work shirts return with mysterious stains, I’m told are dry cleaning fluid. They once lost 4 monogrammed shirts. Most expensive, dry cleaners I’ve ever used. I’m never going back

Dropped off my black dress which had a stain and smelt like cigarettes from the bar I went to when wearing the dress. Paid before they took my dress and got it back and stain was still on dress, still smelt like the bar & dress was wrinkled. You could clearly see they didn’t clean my dress at all. Last time going here.
