I took my Vehicle in for air conditioner repair. I was surprised at how quick and efficient the repair was done by end of business day. Mr. Mat was very courteous and patient with all my questions. He even waited till 5:56pm close to closing to give me my keys.

First thing when I walked in, a guy behind the lady at the counter heard me tell the lady what kind of truck I have and he says "we don't work on OBDI" and I said well good thing it's not. That should have been my hint to just leave. Do not bring your classic vehicles here. They won't do any useful work on them but they'll charge you like they did.
Stop spam emailing me. I paid you hundreds to fake pass an inspection on my old farm truck years ago. I have no interest in any services you could possibly try to offer me. Clearly you are incapable of working on my vehicles. I am not your target customer. If you bothered reading my RO before adding me to your recent marketing list you'd know that. Every inspection station I have been to since had no problem passing my truck without selling me unnecessary parts and services.

Hands down best oil changing business DFW. I scheduled an appointment and they took great care of me. Amazing customer service. The front desk person was a Vikings fan, which is a major plus. SKOL.

This is a very clean and very efficient shop. Service coordinators are very friendly and the processes are on point, clear and transparent way to follow. You do pay a slight premium for this but peace of mind and accurate repairs are priceless.

We brought my wife's car that was overheating into their shop and had a great experience. They were able to diagnose quickly and get the repair done all in the same day. We appreciate your awesome system that shows photos and the estimate as well as texts us updates so we know what is going on. Thank you for a great experience at your shop! They treated me like a person they wanted to help. They didn't overcharged me for the work they did. I needed extra help to get my car safely back on the road. Took car in July 11 for sputtering when ignition turned on. Thought it might be the ignition or battery. When talked with Matt brought car in for a courtesy check. Come to find out all that was needed was a battery recharge. They could have told me that I needed an ignition starter or battery and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But I trust Christian Brothers! As a single older female this was not always the case when it comes to auto repairs so I rely on their honesty.

Run away from this place…do not walk. My car brakes went out when I was passing through the Bedford area, and I had it towed to this shop. I suspected a broken brake line, and told them that. It took 8 full hours for them to come up with the same diagnosis. They wanted $583 to repair it. I said no thanks, and rented a U-Haul dolly to tow it 2 hours back to east Texas. Next day my car was fixed and my total bill, parts and labor was $75.

These guys are a total ripoff and misdiagnose your issue to extract more money. You cannot trust them at all. I spent $2,400 in two separate visits to fix an AC that still did not work. They asked for another $3,800 to finally fix it. Go anywhere but here.

I trust Christian Brothers and always have my car inspected at the location off Hwy.121 because of their friendly, accommodating, quick service. Sitting in their pleasant waiting area, I am always impressed when I overhear employee’s conversations because it is obvious that all employees are sincere in their dedication to superb customer service. I always think, “This is a well-managed” company.”
