I called him yesterday for a quote to repair the driver's side quarter panel window on my Challenger that was completely shattered on Thursday in an attempted car jacking. He quoted me the best price I had seen anywhere in the area. He was able to drive out to my place this morning at 10 AM and do the repair. He knocked out the repair in under 30 minutes and did a great job. He was very quick, responsive, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be using him in the future for any glass repair I or my family needs!”

“Wow! I have worked across the parking lot from Platinum Auto Glass for about 4 years and see they are constantly busy. Now I have first hand experience why! I bought a new (to me) car and on the five hour drive home I caught a large rock in the windshield from an 18 wheeler. I was sick to my stomach. The chip was about the size of a dime.
I spoke to Platinum Auto Glass and they advised me that the chip could be repaired. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and scheduled my car at the earliest possible time.
They did an excellent repair and were very fast! After, the kind ladies at the desk made sure to inform me of how to take care of the repair and what not to do for the next 24-48 hours. Additionally, I was sent a text message with detailed information as well.
I wish I had taken a before photo to show how they made the chip basically disappear. I am extremely pleased and very grateful.

“Let me start out by saying that this was a big purchase for us. My husband has a 2017 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Crew cab truck that he loves. We bought it barely used and the only flaw was the that seats had stains. I wanted to get hem recovered in leather but needed guidance and was very price conscious. I called Southside Trim and talked to Dez ... multiple times as I had more questions. I debated premade seat covers. I checked prices with 7 other establishments. I read reviews. I asked everyone I knew every question I could think of. Finally I called Dez (who has the patience of Jobe! ) and made the decision. I went in to see her and she guided me through what kind to get, what color, and what color contrasting stitching. She got the leather seat covers in in days and I made the installation appointment for the next morning. They had it done 4 1/2 hours! And let me say, they are stunning!!! This was a complete surprise for my husband who was sooooo thrilled and impressed at how beautiful they are. Thank you Dez and Southside Trim ! You made our Christmas! You give Customer Service a good name , again! I whole heartedly recommend you!!!”

“Quality Dent is now mobile service. It's no longer at Grapevine Hwy. But you still get great customer service. Bryan will come out to your location or shop with all his tools and everything he needs to get the job done. He will work with your insurance claims too. You can just call the number listed and Bryan will answer your questions. I recommend him and he has a special talent of fixing a windshield. I had a rock flipped up from a passing semi truck and pitted my windshield. It repaired it quickly. He's A Okay with me. I recommend him.”
“I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with Apple Glass that I had to do so. I'd broken a ceiling light panel and needed a replacement. Stopped in with my broken one hoping they could help.Though they didn't have such panels in stock, I was told where to buy one (HD) and was told that if I brought it back, they'd cut it to size for me. I purchased the panel and returned. They not only cut the panel but did so for no charge! I'll be using them for my glass and mirror needs going forward. Really nice folks....”
“Jaimie was very detailed and fast. She went above and beyond to fix and replace my window motor and regulator on my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. My car window was left clean like it was brand new. Even though we had a few hiccups from me having the wrong part, to her having to do extra work to help me fix my window. She even left and came back the same day after I needed another part. She was great and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend. I was extremely impressed at the attention to detail she provided.”
“I had been in contact with the gentleman for the last two weeks but had my service performed today.From the beginning,I felt valued and respected.I was looking to have my subwoofers replaced in my Jaguar,made an appt.for a consultation.He politely told me he didn't have anything comparable to put in my car.I left,But I thought about it,called back and asked if I got the parts could he install-he said yes.My dealer had quoted me$1,200 for labor alone&the parts would be another $700+.Uh....in my mind that was a hell and a no.So,I did get the parts from the dealer but went to Vaughn's for the install.No matter the questions I asked leading up,He was kind,courteous&answered them.When I went for my install today,He kept me abreast of the progress,He took very good care of my car&the time frame he initially quoted me-he exceeded it.I was not surprised but pleased.I had passed by the shop for years,never having a need to stop but when I did-I was pleased with the service;their reputation proceeded them&came highly recommended.I will definately go back because there is a genuine quality there that is a lost art in customer service these days.Most places you go,it's about a dollar¬ so much the customer experience.I was happy to see that:a general kindness&respect for the customer as a person¬ just a dollar sign.My car was returned to me in the same condition I gave it&I couldn't ask for anything more.To the gentleman that performed my service today:Thank you for your kindness&professionalism.”

“They've done a lot of work on my 66 Mustang and it's always been satisfactory!! They've replaced the carpet and some other items in interior. Their prices are reasonable and now they have to be a little quicker because their new place is not as big and they move things through quickly. I must say that I never have any issues with the speed of their work. They did a splendid job replacing the headliner. They have saved me money with their suggestions about materials and items to use. I also want to add that they replaced my old interior with a Pony Interior. It looks great.
