I am very upset because I bought 2 telephones and I have been paying for the line for 3 months and one cell phone does not catch and I went to solve this for me because it is 50 dollars for each one and they do not give me any explanation, they only say that they cannot do anything, that is not It's okay because I'm paying and I tell the boy that he sold them to me and he gave me mine and he didn't give me anything and the Yamada doesn't answer me. one can be used it's not fair

1) the store is disgusting. Water damage, smells like feet and a bunch of random toys to buy. Doesn't make any sense, is it a phone store or a toy store.2) boost will change your due date whenever they please.3) they will also take 100s of dollars out of your account for a $50 bill.

I've been with BM for yrs & been pretty satisfied with everything but since the change to Boost One I refuse to be forced to change my voice mail !! I'd rather have no voice message than to give them all rights to my phone information, which is a must !! I say No Way. Will be looking for a new phone service that will be looking out for their customers information/phone safety. I refuse to be forced I to give Boost One a open door to my phone & all of my information. Pls read the reviews b4 you install the new voice mail to your phone !!

It's so crazy how a person can make ur day just by his attitude. So I live in the north side if Fort worth and the workers at the boost mobile on azle ave were no help at all they acted like I was bothering them so I get on my phone and saw a post from boost mobile in Hurst and so I mesged him and he was so much help and very kind and determined a very outgoing person. So I ended up going to the Hurst store and i was able to meet this person and his name is WILL and he is the best ! So I recommend if anyone needs to find a boost mobile store go to the one in Hurst and ask for WILL at 356 E pipeline Hurst txVery outgoing & excellent customer service!THANKS WILL!!

Great experience the ladies were very knowledgeable about their phones and services. Camilla was very helpful in getting our new lines activated. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store. The ladies were awesome!! Had a great time getting new phone service!!
