When I talked to Dave, I’m assuming the owner, I was literally talked down to about my fitness goals. I understand I don’t look like the gym type. But this experience was terrible…off to planet fitness..much cheaper anyway.

Dave has been taking money from me for over 10 yrs even tho I cancelled with him and his wife! He also uses nasty language for other races- yes it's recorded! This has happened to more than just me so beware of this shady thief!

Love BHC Fitness! Dave is the best Master Trainer with the most experience in the area. Treats his clients and staff very well. Don't believe fake reviews. BHC Fitness has been in Bedford for over 20 years. You won't find another local gym where you get personal service and aren't just a number on a membership card. Give the a try. You won't be sorry.

You will be hard pressed to find anyone as knowledgeable as Dave in the fitness industry. Expertise like his doesn't come along over night. Only someone with his years of experience can truly tailor a plan to the needs of the individual the way that he does.

So, This place is absolutely horrible. Dave is an awful person who does treat his employees right. He seems to constantly be screwing them over, Not taking into consideration anything they have to say. Not even paying them minimum wage. He pays them less than that. There's a reason he only has one left. I know an employee who recently quit and he said it was awful. I would think twice before giving your money to dave the cheapskate.

Great small gym. Very clean and we'll kept. The owner stays very busy and is always there to help you out. Affordable for sure and you are definitely going to get results when it comes to personal training. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

The membership here is a decent price, $25 a month. Local businesses are always preferable to me over franchisee though. Usually better quality. That rings no less true about the trainers here. They are dedicated to helping you, and will be as dedicated as you may be. The gym itself is small but big enough not to feel closed in. The weight machines cover every part of the body you need. Your first assessment is free, and they'll show you around as well. Of course I had to pause since having surgery and just starting my career has left me with a small amount of money

It's a real deal old school gym with no nonsense trainers ..Great place to turn your body around :)
