I’ve been to this place for years. They have always been really good, but this past time did not make me very happy. I couldn’t loosen my lug nuts on my car, because they were too tight. One of them broke due to how tight it was.
It took them 5 hours to cut the lug nut off. Im not upset about the time it took, but the fact that there was no mention of cost was upsetting. The total was $250. $170 was for labor and the other $74 was for 5 new studs and nuts. They only took off the one that was broken there were no new parts added. They damaged my rim in a few spots where the lug nut wasn’t even in. Im just upset that i was not told ahead of time what the cost would roughly be, to at least give me the option of going elsewhere.
I’ll definitely be looking for a new place to do my repairs at.

Got a window motor replaced here. They had to order and ship the parts from Dallas, but still got the job done the same day. Called ahead, but did not have to make an appointment.

They “fixed” my car, charged over $2000, but failed to put my undercarriage cover back on (which was in my backseat), forgot to put new tires on, then didn’t put my tire wells back on properly (which came off while I was driving), and now the brand new tire on the drivers side is balding mysteriously. Seems like a lawyer is needed. I asked to speak to the manager, but a regular employee lied and said they were the manager to avoid the ACTUAL manager finding out what’s going on. I’VE YET SEEN THE MANAGER. Our lawyer will speak to the manager though! AVOID THIS MONEY TRAP!

Just had a terrible experience at this shop and I will never ever go back there! $40 charge for 2 minutes of your time and for something you could have told me over the phone? Fine, whatever, I'll pay it. But to get mad at me because I said I couldn't afford the service right now and that I would like to shop around before I make a decision? NOT OKAY! I would happily pay double the cost to never ever have to get any work done at this shop with that horribly rude and angry guy.

I love these guys I trust these guys with my Volvo. My car was in shop a week but I still had to work, they gave me a loaner car at no cost. I've only used them for oil changes until now. I'll keep coming back. THANKS GUYS

I’ve gone back here for every repair or need for my car since my first visit. I don’t trust anyone else anymore now that I’ve found as good a repair shop as this one. Family friendly and always the best price in town. Two wheel bearing replacement for 350$ or so compared to firestones cost of 1200$. Full synthetic for 69$. Drive belt for 250$ or so to Firestones quotes of 650-1000$. Couldn’t tell you enough how much I appreciate this Thank you!
